Für eine Nacht in Ordnung.
Pros:

Gute Lage, da direkt gegenüber Edeka und Aldi. Das Frühstück beim Bäcker im Edeka-Markt war gut. Abschließbarer Fahrradraum ist vorhanden. Für eine Nacht ist diese Pension in Ordnung.

Cons:

Hellhörig, heiß im Sommer (Ich hatte eine Dachkammer ohne Klimaanlage oder Ventilator). Fahrradraum ist vorhanden, allerdings muss der Akku an einer der wenigen Steckdosen im Zimmer geladen werden.

Funktional mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Wir hatten uns ein ruhiges Zimmer gewünscht, das wurde auch umgesetzt. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Am Morgen fiel in Teilen des Gebäudes das Wasser aus. Man reagierte aber sofort.

Immer wieder !!!!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch hatten wir Alles, was wir benötigt haben. Wir waren mit Freunden unterwegs auf dem Ruhrtalradweg. Im Innenhof ist ein sehr gutes indisches Restaurant.

Pros:

Das Zimmer verfügt über einen separaten Eingang über eine Außentreppe. Im Zimmer steht ein Wasserkocher mit Kaffeesticks und Tee bereit

Cons:

Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktioniert und und ist zweckmäßig. Die Straße ist zu hören.

pragmatisch und zweckmäßig
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist praktisch und zweckmäßig. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und es steht ein Wasserkocher bereit mit löslichem Kaffee und Tee. Ein sehr gutes indisches Restaurant über den Hofplatz erreichbar, mit einem Aussenbereich auf der Hofseite getrennt von der Straße.

Cons:

Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles ist heil und funktioniert und ist sauber. Mein Zimmer ging zur Straßenseite hinaus, die Geräusche sind zu hören.
