Probably a bit overpriced
Pros:

Beautiful views, great location, superb pool and spa

Cons:

No air conditioning in the room - not great at the height of summer… Also no à la carte dinner option - forced to have the 5 course offering (we just went into Fischer for a much heartier and atmospheric traditional restaurant). Breakfast is fine but a bit stale and underwhelming for this price point (eg fruit salad clearly out of a 5L tin, smoked salmon looking quite old).

Preis Leistung passt nicht
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat vor allem durch ihre schöne Lage überzeugt. Die Umgebung war ruhig und naturnah, sodass man wunderbar entspannen konnte. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Naturbad, das eine tolle Möglichkeit zur Erholung und Abkühlung bietet. Auch der Wellnessbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen und lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Cons:

Leider war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns nicht zufriedenstellend. Wir haben ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite bekommen, wodurch es sehr laut war. Da das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hatte, war es bei der Hitze kaum möglich, nachts zu schlafen. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde uns ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt.

Zusätzlich haben wir bei der Ankunft fremde Haare auf dem Bett gefunden, was einen schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Beim Auschecken wurden wir leider nicht gefragt, wie uns der Aufenthalt gefallen hat oder ob es Probleme gab.

Die Lage, das Naturbad und der Wellnessbereich waren positiv, aber der Zustand und die Ausstattung des Zimmers sowie der Service entsprachen unserer Meinung nach nicht dem Preis. Insgesamt war der Preis für dieses Zimmer nicht angemessen.

Einfach wunderbar, macht süchtig :)
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach phantastisch, am Hang oberhalb von Fischen mit Blick über das ganze "Tal". Ausstattung der Zimmer/Suiten und Restaurant, Terrasse und Wellness/Spabereich sind sehr geschmackvoll, die 4 Sterne superior sind absolut gerechtfertigt. Sowohl Chefs als auch alle Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, man merkt, dass sie es mit Leidenschaft tun. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und am Morgen liegt der Menü-Vorschlag für den Abend bereit - jeweils 5 Gänge -, es fällt sehr schwer, diesem nicht zuzustimmen. Wir haben jeden Abend genossen!!

Good stay but not worth the money
Pros:

The room was really pretty with a nice view, and the food at the restaurant was quite tasty. Spa was also quite good, with a jacuzzi on the rooftop.

Cons:

We felt like it was a bit overpriced for what they are offering. We paid 400 euros for one night for two people with meals included. The spa was okay and the pool had a good view, but the spa is essentially really small. There are only a few saunas and no outside pool. Inside it felt a bit stuffy. We did really enjoy the jacuzzi on the rooftop, but we were lucky to have good weather. The next day it was snowing, so it was no longer working - in such cases, the spa is quite disappointing.
We were also refused a window table at the restaurant, because it was “reserved for other guests” - probably those who paid even more than 400.

Pros:

Super schöne Unterkunft! Tolle Lage mit Aussicht auf Fischen und die Berge. Wirklich traumhaft. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist total schön und lädt zum entspannen ein. Das gesamte Personal ist so freundlich! Und das Essen (Frühstück, Jause und Abendessen) ist eine 10/10. Das Hotel ist zu 100% zu empfehlen! Alles war perfekt 😊
