Cons:

De bediening bij het avondmenu! Alles wat we zeiden verstond hij verkeerd of was niet correct.Eigenlijk, niet normaal. Er was geen lift.Zware koffer naar 2e verdieping.

Dieses Hotel fällt innerhalb der Romantik Hotels leider durch.
Pros:

Das Personal im Service war immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam!

Cons:

Alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und vieles nicht sauber. Sowohl unterm Bett als auch in den Ecken war es staubig/ „haarig“. Das Bad war nicht gut gereinigt vor unserem Bezug. Die Dusche muss dringend entkalkt werden und war auch nicht sauber vor der ersten Nutzung.

Staying experience was not so good, price was too high to valuable.
Pros:

Friendly staffs, two bottles of drinking water in room, free roadside parking beside the hotel.

Cons:

According to the price, the room size was too small, and no air cooling or fan equipments in room, it was very hot when i was staying at the hotel, not a good sleeping at that night.

Pros:

Mitarbeiter waren in ihrem Rahmen immer sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Bushaltestelle in naher Umgebung.

Cons:

Das Zimmer und der Frühstücksbereich war nicht klimatisiert. Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos ist vorhanden, wird jedoch nicht nach Verbrauch sondern pauschal berechnet.
Preis für Essen und Trinken ist im gehobenen Niveau und passt leider nicht immer zum Erwarteten.
Für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung ist der Zugang zu den Etagen erschwert (kein Aufzug im Haupthaus).
Sehr eingeschränkt im sanitären Zimmerbereich (Dusche mit Eckeinstieg ca. 70 cm rund).
Kühlschrank und Safe sind auf dem Zimmer nicht verfügbar.

Für eine Nacht ok
Pros:

Einfaches, sauberes Zimmer

Cons:

die Lage, wenn man ohne Auto unterwegs ist.

Für die Rückfahrt nach Forchheim war kein Taxi zu bekommen. Hotel hat sich nicht bemüht, ich sollte mir ein Uber selbst organisieren- auch das war mit langer Wartezeit verbunden.

Die Eierspeise beim Frühstück war komplett kalt ( 7:30 morgens)

Romantikurlaub kann ich mir dort eher weniger vorstellen…

Pros:

Trotz Ruhetag war das einchecken problemlos
Zimmer waren schön.
Frühstück sehr gut und das Frühstückspersonal freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Beim Buchen leider nicht darauf geachtet, dass Sonntag und Montag Ruhetag ist, somit konnten wir das Restaurant nicht besuchen. Was unsere eigene Schuld war.
Was schlecht war, dass man keine Chance hatte irgendwo im Hotel was zum Trinken zu bekommen, da wäre es einfach gut, wenn ein Getränkekühlschrank, oder Getränkeautomat aufgestellt wäre.vor allem bei dieser Hitze.
