Pros:

Eine Überraschung in bester Lage. Alles war mit Liebe gestaltet, besonders herausragend war der Empfang, der (zufällig) persönlich war und bei dem man merkte, dass sich mit dem Haus identifiziert wird

Für meinen kurzfristigen Aufenthalt war alles soweit in Ordnung. Personal habe ich noch einmal getroffen.
Pros:

Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Lage war für meine Planung optimal.

Cons:

Der Zugang zum rückwärtige Eingang war von einem geplatzen, gelben Sack verunreinigt bzw. wirkte der Zugsng zum Schlüsselsafe wenig attraktiv und lies das Schlimmste befürchten.
Kleines Problem im Zimmer, die kleine Stufe von der Tür zum Schlafbereich.
