Schöne Location, in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Lage ist Traumhaft.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkt etwas "in die Jahre gekommen". Von außen dachten wir erst, wir sind verkehrt. Die Aushänge draußen sind seit Jahren nicht mehr erneuert worden. Die Bilder vergilben. Innen steht im Eingangsbereich viel Zeug herum. Da ist irgendwie keine klare Linie. Unser Zimmer war schön groß, allerdings mit altem Mobiliar. Der große TV, auf dem ich das DFB Pokalfinale bei der ARD anschauen wollte hatte ein unzumutbar verpixeltes Bild. Die Minibar war leer. Alles ein bisschen lieblos. Für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel in einer wunderschönen Stadt!
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, das Zimmer groß und gut ausgestattet, mit einem sehr guten Bad. Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Donau und die alte Festung - ein Erlebnis für sich!

Cons:

Ich habe gar nichts zu bemängeln.

Super Lage direkt an der Donau. Großes Zimmer mit großem Bad. Tolle Matratze. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit vielen frischen Speisen. Eierspeisen auf Wunsch direkt an den Platz.

Cons:

WLAN auf der Frühstücksterrasse nicht stabil. Kaffeepulver auf dem Zimmer wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Der Crosstrainer im Fitnessraum funktioniert nicht.

Génial. Tout est organisé. Nous sommes arrivés à 23h à l'hôtel, nos cles de chambre nous attendez avec le code wifi,les heures du petit déjeuner et un mot gentil de la réception. La chambre super avec un grand lit pour deux, vu sur le Danube et le château sur la rive opposé. Prendre son petit déjeuner au bord du Danube c'est super. Mais le plus important, c'est le personnels, qui est gentil, serviable, attentif et toujours avec le sourire. Je serai amené dans le futur à aller plus souvent dans la ville de Passau et je prendrai cette hôtel à nouveau avec un grand plaisir.

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren für London sehr groß.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirbt mit einer Hotelbar ( ausgenommen Roofbar für junge Leute) und einem Restaurant, beides komplett zu. Die Heizung im Bad konnte nicht ausgeschaltet werden.
Keine Beleuchtung am Spiegel. Keine Steckdose im Bad.
Keine Sicherheit, jeder Fremde Hotelgast aus der Roofbar kann auf jeder Etage aussteigen.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind groß. Das Frühstück war lecker, aber es gab kein Fisch bzw Lachs.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist leider nicht behindertenfreundlich. Eine Treppe führt zum Eingang hoch. Es gibt in die Tiefgarage einen Fahrstuhl. Aber das weiß man nicht, wenn man das erste Mal mit schweren Koffer das Hotel betritt. Ich habe es am letzten Tag erfahren.
