Great stay near the center.
Pros:

The location is great, it's close to the old town around 15 minutes walk. It's also near many nice restaurants. Yet, it's very quiet. The staff was super helpful. I also like that they offer great coffee.

Cons:

The single room was a little small, I had to jump over my suitcase.

Pros:

Las reseñas que había leído eran 100% fiables: ubicación estupenda, a solo unos minutos de la zona de Glockenbach y de la ribera del Isar, con mucho ambiente, pero encajado en una callecita que hace que las habitaciones resulten súper silenciosas y tranquilas.

El edificio está pendiente de una importante reforma que seguro le dará un aire mucho más actual, y solventará problemas como el que tuvimos con la cisterna del WC. Mencionar que el personal del hotel fue súper amable y colaborador, además de la simpatía de Eva para gestionar la incidencia.

Este alojamiento cuenta también con una zona de lounge junto a la recepción en la que tienes disponible café e infusiones a cualquier hora, ¡nos encantó ese detalle!

Cons:

Debido a la alta demanda de alojamiento en las fechas de nuestro viaje, el precio por noche era más del doble de la tarifa habitual. Entiendo perfectamente que es una cuestión de mercado, pero creo que podría ajustarse un poquito, teniendo en cuenta que las habitaciones de este establecimiento están pendientes de una reforma importante para actualizarlas.

Super clean and well organized rooms with everything we needed for our stay.

We liked everything. The only improvement suggestion would be to install insect nets.

Lovely staff and clean, comfortable room
Pros:

It’s a very small room but so comfortable and clean, everything I needed was there, the shower was great. I arrived very early in the morning and didn’t expect to be able to check in but just wanted to leave my luggage, the kind staff member saw that I had travelled a long way and switched my rooms so that I could check in right away. This was so appreciated, it meant I could have a hot shower and properly experience my day in Munich. Thank you so much for that!

Cons:

Nothing, it’s not luxury it’s a little bit dated but still so comfortable and clean.

I was moved to Minga13, but it turned out to be just fine.
Pros:

There are 2 locations right next to each other. Minga4 on Fliegenstraße, which is a small side street, and Minga13 on Lindwurmstraße, which is VERY busy road. I tried both and preferred Minga4 waaay more, since it was cozier and way more quiet. I booked that. Upon arrival I was told that they moved my booking to Minga13. Honestly, I was very disappointed. But in Minga13 they told me not to worry, the rooms were renovated since my last visit, and I'll get a nice one. The room was indeed excellent: new, modern, and had a "garden view", which practically meant that I had a nice and quiet view on the München skyline, instead of the super busy Lindwurmstraße. I don't know if every single room was renovated or not, but the ones that were are excellent value and I don't have a single thing to complain about.

Cons:

The only thing that was not ideal is that I only was informed about the transfer of my booking to Minga13 upon arrival. It ended up being no problem, but based on my prior experience, it could have been very bad.
