Terrible Customer Service. Good Location. Not recommended.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is central. It is practically in the city centre. You can access supermarkets, malls, and restaurants, bars and lounges, and clubs at a walking distance.

Cons:

The customer service is terrible. The receptionist and manager (same Carribean lady) is not polite. My room was hot, and did not have a fan. I needed to complain before I was offered a fan. The drain in the shower was faulty and water in the bathroom was not flowing well. The room was not clean as it was dusty. The TV is super old, no smart TV.

I stayed in room 434. My access key malfunctioned when I went out and returned at midnight. There was no receptionist to assist. No one picked up the emergency numbers of the hotel. I was stranded and slept outside.

The receptionist and manager lacks empathy. She kept me waiting for over 30 minutes before attending to me, and told me that it was not her problem that the access key and door malfunctioned. I received no apologies. I felt dehumanised. I could have shared photos but my experience at the hotel was so traumatizing that I had to leave as soon as possible.

Zentrales Hotel mit Einschränkungen
Pros:

Ein Kühlschrank wurde mir nachdem ich fragte ins Zimmer gestellt

Cons:

Ich kam am Sonntag Abend um 21 Uhr an.
30 C, keine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer, kein Kühlschrank.
TV Sender teilweise nicht vorhanden, TV ging immer während eines Films 3 Sekunden aus und wieder an!

Pros:

Hotel proche du centre ville. Parking de l’hôtel gratuit. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Personnel agréable.

Cons:

Hôtel sans climatisation. Juste un ventilateur pour avoir un peu d’air dans la chambre. Impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres car la chambre était juste devant l’arrêt de tramway et au bord d’une route relativement bruyante. On a eu hyper chaud dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner pas très varié. Pas de viennoiseries. Machine à café en panne 😡

Zentrale Lage. Zimmer war sauber. Frühstück ausreichende Auswahl.

Das Einchecken lief nicht wie geplant. Der Rezeptionist forderte mich auf, das Zimmer zu bezahlen, obwohl es schon bezahlt war. Dann bekamen wir ein Einzelzimmer, obwohl wir ein Dreierzimmer gebucht haben. Wir standen ja auch zu dritt vor ihm. Wir mussten ihm dann erst mal das Zimmer beschreiben, damit er uns glaubte. Wir bekamen dann ein zweites Zimmer dazu, da das gebuchte Dreierzimmer nicht mehr verfügbar war. Auch die Fragen zum Parkplatz konnte er nicht wirklich beantworten. Vielleicht sollte er mal einen Rundgang durch‘s Hotel machen.
Das Zimmer war sauber, bis auf die Fenster, die waren voller Vogelkacke. Nur ein Zimmer hatte Aussenjalosien. Das andere Zimmer nicht. Es scheint den ganzen Tag die Sonne drauf, wird also ziemlich warm. Man kann es auch nicht wirklich abdunkeln. Die Zimmer lagen genau über der Haltestelle der Straßenbahn, die ja auch nachts fährt. Selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man sie. Dafür wurden dann Ohrstöpsel bereit gelegt.
Frühstück und Auschecken waren ok.

Zentrale Lage unkomplizierter Check in; € 50,- pro Nacht war ok- mehr ist es auf keinen Fall wert

Matratze zu weich und durchgelegen
Duschkopf verkalkt, alt- kam nur Wasser aus einem der Löcher darin, TV uralt keine Programme eingestellt, Tiefgarage Duplex- € 15,- pro Nacht

Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer, großes sehr gemütliches Bett, große Dusche alles sauber. Ich habe mich dort mega wohlgefühlt und Preis war super.

Cons:

Der Typ an der Rezeption hat mich komisch angestiert obwohl er freundlich war, war das unangenehm.
