Leider keine Nutzung möglich und keine Kulanz seitens der Unterkunft – enttäuschende Kommunikation.
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft war grundsätzlich in Ordnung und die Buchung verlief zunächst unkompliziert.

Cons:

Das Zimmer konnte aufgrund gesundheitlicher Probleme (Hausstauballergie, Teppichboden) nicht genutzt werden. Trotz frühzeitiger Rückmeldung und der Aussage eines Mitarbeiters, dass eine Klärung möglich sei, wurde eine Erstattung im Nachgang vollständig abgelehnt. Die Kommunikation war zudem unklar und auf Rückfragen von Booking.com wurde seitens der Unterkunft nicht mehr reagiert. Insgesamt fehlte es an Kulanz und Lösungsbereitschaft in einer nachvollziehbaren Situation.

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen.
Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen, gutes Frühstück, tolle Betten, blitzsauberes Bad und Zimmer. Parken kein Problem. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen.

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Hotel in sehr ruhiger Lage trotzdem einfach zu erreichen, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis.

Wir haben schon etliche Male in diesem Hotel gewohnt und werden gern noch öfter wiederkommen
