Es war für uns Ok.
Pros:

Es hat uns gefallen das wir auch spät einschecken konnten. Da wir gerade mal ein paar Stunden geschlafen hatten können wir den Rest nicht bewerten da dies zu hurz geweswn ist.

Nice but with some minus remarks
Pros:

Perfect location in a nice area. Good breakfast spot around the corner. Comfortable beds

Cons:

The key was not in the locker when we came, but a man from the restaurant came with it.
Stayed for 3 nights, no cleaning of the room during that time. Not enough toilet paper in the bathroom. Last evening and morning only cold water in the shower.
Lots of loud music from the basement late in the evening until 1 o’clock on our last night. Perhaps coming from the staff in the restaurant??

Bad etwas ungemütlich aber ansonsten gut
Pros:

Ruhige zentrale Lage zur Hofseite. Straßenseite nicht beurteilbar aber Abends vermutlich auch eher ruhig, Betten bequem, Einrichtung ansprechend bzw. relativ modern, Wasserkocher und Teebeutel vorhanden. Föhn ohnehin da. Sauberkeit ok.
Großer Fernseher vorhanden aber haben wir nicht genutzt.

Cons:

Berliner Charme? Hauptsächlich ungewohnt unbeheiztes Bad. Dielen im Zimmer knarren teilweise und ein Nagel stand etwas hervor, Bad Silikonflugen teilweise etwas schwarz. Für Kurzübernachtung ok. Am meisten störte die fehlende Badheizung. Steckdose im Bad ging soweit wir bemerken konnten nur, wenn Badlicht eingeschalten war. Für Handyladung daher Bad ungeeignet. Hauptwohnraum keine freie Steckdose entdeckt (vielleicht übersehen). Nachtischlampe daher auf einer Seite entfernt um Handy zu laden.
