La posizione è ottima per visitare il parco. Camera pulita e spaziosa. Personale disponibile per organizzare le varie attrazioni anche se non parla inglese.

El personal del desayuno muy amable y se esmeraron por hacerse entender. El servicio prestado para ayudarnos a conseguir entradas a todas las atracciones, nos explicaban, daban opciones, nos reservaron en el tiempo que requeríamos, y está ubicado estratégicamente cerca al parque de Zhangjiajie

Pros:

Расположение отеля прекрасное! До входа в парк 5 минут, улица еды и куча кафе прям под носом, магазинчики рядом! Если едете в парк Аватара на несколько дней, то однозначно нужно остановиться тут.

Cons:

Скудные и не очень вкусные завтраки. Даже больше не понравилось, что невкусные, хоть мы и любители китайской кухни. Не надо большого разнообразия, но 2-3 блюда можно было бы приготовить хорошо.

Pros:

La posizione ottima e la camera grande e pulita. Molto apprezzato l'asciugatore per i panni in camera, anche se a pagamento.
Abbiamo acquistato i biglietti per le attrazioni con l'hotel e ogni giorno ci ha mostrato l'itinerario da seguire.

Cons:

La colazione poco varia, la lavanderia un po' fatiscente (è un sottotetto) e senza istruzioni in inglese.
Il personale sebbene disponibile, sembrava sempre un po' annoiato dalle nostre richieste e non fornivano risposte esaustive.

Внимательный, дружелюбный персонал. Близко к входу в парк. Очень понравилась возможность спланировать заранее до приезда все маршруты посещения парка, таким образом не было потерь времени на необходимость разбираться, переводить на родной язык, стоять в очереди. Быстро, понятно, очень комфортно.
