Kurz Urlaub
Pros:

Die Berg aussieht war wunderschön

Cons:

Das Zimmer waren jetzt nicht der Hit für eine suite viel zu klein . Fernseher ohne Internet Zugang sehr schade.

Super Lage und unglaublicher Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer! Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, später check in ohne Probleme. Frühstück umfangreich und gute Auswahl, Kaffee sehr gut! Minibar inklusive!

Lage, Aussicht top, direkt am Fels

Cons:

Das Hotel ist halt etwas älter, Badezimmer renoviert, ansonsten 80er Charme. Das Frühstück ist auch nicht mehr wirklich zeitgemäß. Dafür aber günstig, bzw inkludiert.

Wer dringend eine Auszeit benötigt: 1-2 Tage auf der Bastei in atemberaubender Umgebung verbringen.
Pros:

Besonders positiv beeindruckt war ich von der ausgesprochen herzlichen Gastfreundlichkeit des Personals. Fragen und Wünsche wurden geduldig beantwortet bzw. prompt erfüllt. Im Panorama-Restaurant wurden wir von einer sehr netten und aufmerksamen Kellnerin bedient, die uns später sogar anbot, an die Fensterfront zu wechseln, um den phantastischen Weitblick noch besser genießen zu können. Der Aufenthalt auf der Bastei war einfach toll. Die absolute Ruhe in der Nacht und am frühen Morgen vor dem Touristenansturm waren etwas ganz Besonderes. Der nächste Aufenthalt ist bereits in Planung.

Fabulous hotel experience with great location!
Pros:

Wow! The location of this hotel in the national park was fabulous. It allowed for meals with great views of nature at both ends of each day. We were also able to beat the crowds in the mornings & likewise avoid the largest crowds in the middle of the day.

Cons:

Can’t think of any negatives.

Don’t go to the restaurant and bring your own pillow. Flattest things ever.

Close to Bastei. So easy. Great breakfast

Cons:

The restaurant was terrible. My friend and I ordered the same steak. Hers cooked medium and mine cooked well. They didn’t offer medium well so I had to get well done. My steak was a third the size of hers. They insisted it shrinks. They yelled at her for suggesting it was too small. Then they gook it and cooked another and this time charred it and brought something inedible and tinier out. My daughter had the gnocchi, she hated it. Service was slow. We kept having to ask for water multiple times. The restaurant was extremely hot. Just a miserable experience. We were so hungry afterwards but it was late and no other food options available. Do not recommend!!!!!

Fantastic view overlooking the mountain and beautiful landscapes.

The location overlooking the mountain view.

Cons:

No doubt it was a splendid location there was not much to do in the evenings. We were there during the week. However it was a shame that the lounge bar was closed. They only open on friday. Also it was rainy weather when we were there. Most facilites closed early evening. No doubt the paranoma restaurant closed at 10 pm. There were not much to choose from theirs menu card if you were to stay there for a week. Also most service staff personal were not smiling seems they had no F&B training. Conclusion its not a friendly relaxing ambience for a cosy vacation inspute of its wonderful mountain venue. Its just great for hiking and mountain exploration.
