Pros:

The hotel room was clean. I could arrive late for check in but with the codes I received on booking.com, I could self check in to the hotel very smoothly. The lady serving the breakfast was very kind and helpful, even helped to communicate with the reception. Overall very nice experience.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr angenehm eingerichtet und immer sehr sauber. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Kühlschrank und es steht ein Teller und Besteck zur Verfügung, falls man im Zimmer etwas essen möchte. Super Service!
Zusätzlich ist der Parkplatz sehr groß und falls ich mit der Bahn anreise, ist der Bahnhof fußläufig leicht zu erreichen.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Tolles Hotel für günstigen Preis

Einchecken mit Türcode klappte perfekt /
Zimmer war etwas kleiner, aber ausreichend /
Es gab sogar einen Safe im Zimmer /
Teller und Besteck standen bereit wenn man sich von dem, im Hotelflur bereitgestellten Obstteller, etwas mit aufs Zimmer nimmt /
Matratzen sind Geschmacksfrage und wer definitiv lieber weich oder hart liegen möchte, sollte dies bei der Reservierung angeben und bekommt ein entsprechendes Zimmer

Was außergewöhnlich war (für unsere Einschätzung) ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Unsere Freunde aus dem Ort durften für 10€ mit frühstücken und für den Preis wird sehr viel angeboten. Da kann hier bei uns manch teures Buffet nicht mithalten.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir werden das Smarthotel Ingelheim bei unseren nächsten Besuchen in Ingelheim jetzt immer buchen.

Cons:

Aufzug fehlt, was bei schweren Koffern bis zur 1.Etage schon vermisst wird
(Zumindest wir haben keinen Aufzug gesehen)

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel, trotzdem ist das Zentrum relativ schnell auch fußläufig zu erreichen! Sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit großen Bad,und einer sehr komfortabelen Dusche . Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker , sehr freundliches Personal. Abstellraum für Fahrräder mit Lademöglichkeit vorhanden .
Parkplatz kostenlos am Hotel vorhanden .

Keine negativen Erfahrungen gemacht !!

Tolle Lage. Nicht weit von der Stadt entfernt. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ich konnte abends noch um halb 10 telefonisch jemanden erreichen um einzuchecken. Danke dafür 👍
