super Lage, altes tolles Gebäude mit Restaurant unten drin, sehr freundlich
Pros:

sehr freundliches Personal, 1 grosse Flasche Wasser gratis aufs Zimmer, tolles Bad, sachlich- funktional, alle Installationen haben wirklich funktioniert, mit Fenster. Frühstück nicht gebucht

Cons:

Blick in den Hinter-/Innenhof, aber dadurch sehr ruhig. Zimmer etwas dunkel, auch wenn alle Lichter an sind. Anreise mit dem PKW wohl schwierig, da miten in der Altstadt.

Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage zur Nähe der Innenstadt, des Neckar und des Schlosses. Das alles war fußläufig erreichbar!
Ein gutes umfangreiches Frühstück, das alle Wünsche erfüllt!
Geräumiges Zimmer mit sehr schönem Bad.

Cons:

Der Weg zum Zimmer war etwas verwinkelt und man musste auf einzelne Stufen achten, da das Niveau des Fußbodens, bedingt durch das Alter des Hauses so ausgeglichen wurde.
Zimmer die zum Innenhof gingen können am Abend etwas laut sein!

Eigentlich genauso wie wir uns Heidelberg vorgestellt haben
Pros:

Unser Zimmer lag in der obersten Etage direkt unterm Dach. Die dicken, alten Holzbalken machen den Charm des Zimmers aus. Über eine uralte Holztreppe gelangt man in die oberen Etagen und kann sich dabei Fotografien anschauen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß und modern ausgestattet.
Wir haben an einem Abend im dazugehörigen Restaurant gegessen und waren sehr begeistert von dem Chateaubriand. Auch die Räumlichkeit des Restaurants hat man so belassen wie sie wahrscheinlich im vorletzten Jahrhundert war.

Cons:

Die Etage ist etwas hellhörig.
