Günstiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, solides Hotel mit ausreichender Ausstattung
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt 120 Meter von der S-Bahn-Station entfernt. Trotz Lage an der Straße war es im Zimmer total ruhig, was nach Messetagen ein sehr wichtiges plus ist. Das Zimmer hat alles, was man braucht, allerdings sind Steckdosen nur durch Dreifachstecker ausreichend. Das Frühstück ist auf den Tischen gedeckt, kein Buffet. Man bekommt aber problemlos etwas nach. Es ist wie bei Oma. Für mich völlig ausreichend.

Cons:

Ich hatte angekündigt, dass meine Anreise zwischen 22 und 23 Uhr stattfindet. Just zu diesem Zeitpunkt regnete es ziemlich. Es dauerte auch, bis ich den Eingang zur Rezeption gefunden hatte. Dieser war aber verschlossen. Mit Klingeln konnte ich mich bemerkbar machen. Dass ein "Ja" bedeutet, man kommt und lässt mich ein, war für mich nicht eindeutig.

Wir haben uns gut gehoben gefühlt.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat stets versucht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig.
Im Zimmer war es sehr warm (positiv in der Winterzeit), und es gab zwei verschiedene Kissentypen.
Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus im Innenhof.

Perfektes Preis Leidtungsverhältnis !!!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt angefangen damit das wir sehr spät angereist sind und trotzdem sehr freundlich von der Chefin begrüßt wurden. Das Zimmer mit Bad war sehr sauber absolut perfekt. Die Betten waren bequem wir haben super geschlafen. Das Bad hatte eine Zweiflügel Duschtür / Dusche und war ausreichend groß.
Super zentral aber ruhig gelegen. In 7 Minuten in der Stadt in 3 Minuten am Bahnhof. Parkplatz kostenlos direkt an der Unterkunft. Frühstück einfach aber völlig ausreichend ! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Sehr leckere selbstgemachte Marmelade! Wir bedanken uns und kommen gerne wieder!

Besser geht es nicht, danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang.
Die Inhaberin rief uns vor der Anreise an, da ich ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten reserviert hatte.

Bei Booking war die Breite der Doppelbetten mit 1,40 - 1,60m angegeben.

Es gibt jedoch auch Zimmer mit 1,80m Betten. Netterweise haben wir dann ein anderes Zimmer erhalten.

Das fand ich schon sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Danke an dieser Stelle. ❤️

Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Atmosphäre ist familiär.

Das Frühstück ist lecker, es gab sogar selbst gemachte Marmelade, auf Wunsch gäbe es auch die Möglichkeit, laktosefreie Milch zu erhalten, sollte man nur vorher anmerken.

Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Hilden, die Anbindung ist hervorragend. Bahnhof ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, wer mit dem Auto anreist, ist ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten am Autobahnkreuz.
Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeit gibt es im Hof des Hotels.
