Der Parkplatz ist kostenlos. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Es gab kein Warmwasser, was den Gästen nicht vor der Anreise mitgeteilt wurde, obwohl das Problem seit 2 Tagen bekannt war. Sprich: es wurde im Interesse des Hotels gehandelt, damit die Gäste die Unterkunft nicht vorher stornieren. Da es ein Messewochenende gewesen war, konnte man nicht spontan noch ein Hotel in der gleichen Preisklasse buchen.
