Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Unser Zimmer war im neuen Teil in einem anderen Gebäude auf der anderen Straßenseite um die Ecke. Die Mitarbeiterin ging mit uns persönlich hin um den Eingang zu zeigen, das für mich ein weiterer Pluspunkt an Service ist.
Wir buchten ohne Frühstück, hätten es vor Ort dennoch dazunehmen können.
Was uns persönlich auffiel und gefiel: dass dort christliche Werte vertreten werden.
Zimmer: sehr sauber. Wir freuten uns sehr, in dem modernen Zimmer zu sein. Gute Ausstattung, sehr bequeme Betten und Polster. Auch der Föhn hatte zu unserer Überraschung eine starke Leistung. (Noch nie ein einem anderen Hotel erlebt)
Das einzige, dass uns fehlte: 2 Handtuchhaken im Badezimmer.

Pros:

Ich war im Rahmen meiner TÜV Ausbildung in diesem Hotel und habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt - sehr familiär!
Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ich hatte einen kleinen Notfall und es wurde mir sofort geholfen.
Man hat mich ernst genommen und auch nicht alleine gelassen und ich bin unglaublich dankbar dafür.
