Alles sehr sauber. Betten bequem.
Die Lage objektiv ist gut, wenn man es zentral haben möchte und nicht vor hat, viel zu schlafen, da extrem laut , da unten alles voll mit Gastronomie ist bis spät in die Nacht ist es außen sehr belebt( Sommer), man kann trotz geschlossenen Fenster kein Auge zutun .

Cons:

Zimmer trotz nicht zu heißen Außentemperaturen zu heiß. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster wegen der Lautstärke, wie gesagt , nicht möglich. Auch schon bei geschlossenen Fester nicht!
Die Räume außerhalb des Zimmers haben Jugendherbergscharakter. Bad winzig klein, man kann sich kaum drehen drinnen. Architektonische Leistung, wie man in diesen Raum, wo sonst Platz nur für ein Gäste-WC wäre , auch noch eine Dusche und Wascbecken rein bekommt. Wir sind nicht groß, hatten aber schon unsere Schwierigkeiten…
Ein großer Minus gilt dem Frühstück: für das Geld viel zu spartanisch. Die Auswahl ist sehr sehr überschaubar und die Mengen, die man auf dem Buffet findet, auch wenn es ständig in homöopathischen Mengen nachgefüllt wird, etwas ernüchternd. Man überlegt schon, ob man eine mini Tomate nimmt , wenn nur 3 da sind .. und dein Partnen zum Beispiel auch eine möchte. Also echt … hatte so etwas noch nie in einem Hotel erlebt. Man füllt sich da einfach nicht willkommen! Dazu kommt noch ,dass Frühstück nur bis 9:30 möglich ist und man wird darauf hingewiesen, dass schon um 9:00 langsam abgeräumt wird. Nach so einer kurzen Nacht, wo man erst um 3:00 zu Ruhe kam, deutlich zu früh. Man möchte sich am Wochenende entspannen und man fühlt sich da nicht gerade verwöhnt… und in einem angeblich 4 Sterne Hotel( 2 wären evt. noch angemessen) waren wir sehr enttäuscht.
Da kann man wenigstens den Nachteil von der Nacht zum Vorteil machen und im Café Barcelona, was genau drunter ist, für das gleiche Geld deutlich üppiger frühstücken, ohne so früh austesten zu müssen und zu hetzen. Für uns als Paar, dass sich ein entsprechendes Wochenende gönnen wollte, war das nicht der Börner. Die Laune war danach „geht so…“

Cons:

Es war ein warmer Anreisetag und die Sonne stand direkt aufs Zimmer, in dem leider nicht mal die Vorhänge zugezogen waren.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Ein sehr angenehmes, freundliches & sicheres Haus.
Wir hatten es gewählt, um fußläufig viel erreichen zu können.

Cons:

Für uns war die generelle Frühstückszeit von 7 bis 9 Uhr sehr sportlich.

For a stay in town for a short visit or work it’s a great place.
Pros:

The hotel room was very very clean the staff are extremely helpful and the location is great.

Cons:

Maybe one minor thing the checkout is at 10 am not 11h or 12h. The staff was very nice and allowed me to stay longer but just that you know it and plan it properly.
