Design Hotel nel cuore di Carlsberg - consigliato
Pros:

Hotel di design nello splendido quartiere di Carlsberg, fuori dai classici circuiti turistici ma comunque centrale e ben collegato. Consigliato per la posizione, il rooftop, l’ottima colazione e le finestre tonde. Molto apprezzati anche gli ampi spazi comuni, ideali per lavorare o rilassarsi. Carina l'idea del tasting di vino gratuito per gli ospiti.

Cons:

Accoglienza secondo me da migliorare, anche con qualche consiglio in più su cosa fare e vedere nei dintorni. La stanza era molto confortevole, ma purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema con la luce che non è stato risolto nonostante la segnalazione.

Hôtel agréable et confortable
Pros:

Le design et la décoration de l’hôtel sont réussis. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et bien agencée. J’ai notamment beaucoup apprécié le fait que la salle de bains et les toilettes soient séparées, ce qui est assez rare dans les hôtels et vraiment pratique.

Cons:

La politique de l’hôtel concernant le ménage mériterait d’être clarifiée. À plusieurs reprises, j’ai laissé le panneau « Ne pas déranger » le matin, puis l’ai retiré en quittant l’hôtel vers 10 heures. Malgré cela, personne n’est repassé dans la journée pour nettoyer la chambre. Lorsque je l’ai signalé, on m’a d’abord indiqué qu’il ne fallait pas mettre le panneau « Ne pas déranger », alors même que j’étais encore dans la chambre le matin, puis expliqué que les chambres n’étaient pas nécessairement nettoyées chaque jour en raison de la politique environnementale de l’hôtel. Or, cette politique n’est clairement indiquée nulle part, ni dans la chambre ni ailleurs dans l’hôtel. Une communication plus transparente sur la fréquence du ménage et le fonctionnement du service éviterait ce type de situation.

Ήταν όλα πάρα πολύ ωραία

Cons:

Δεν υπήρχε σχεδόν ποτέ σύνδεση internet στο δωμάτιό μας (3ος όροφος). Το αναφέραμε δύο φορές αλλά δεν βελτιώθηκε κάτι.

Ευτυχώς είχαμε mobile data στα τηλέφωνά μας.
