Location, friendliness, very clean
Very nice room with private balcony, clean, in a good neighbourhood and this not expensive at all!
I was so satisfied that i stayed 2 nights extra and hope to return at the end of my trip!
Maybe send a message with the code to enter the day before because I did not have internet outside.
The location is perfect! It’s only a 4-minute walk to both the Zona Colonial and the Malecón. There are also plenty of restaurants, colmados, and exchange houses nearby. The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom—perfect for two people! We only stayed for one night, but we definitely wouldn’t have minded staying longer. Everything was clean, and there was plenty of toilet paper without us having to ask for more. Our room was ready when we arrived, and after checking out at 12 p.m., they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage there. Communication was always fast and helpful, even before our arrival. The girl at the front desk was very friendly as well. I would definitely come back!
Everything was great, but there’s always room for improvement. When we arrived at the property around 11 a.m., there was no power. While this wasn’t something the property could control, power outages are quite common in the Dominican Republic, so it might be worth considering installing a generator. It was very hot, even with the windows open, but fortunately we only needed to freshen up before heading out to explore the city. Thankfully, the electricity was back by the time we returned that evening. A mini fridge would also be a nice addition, especially for guests staying longer. Other than that, we didn’t experience any inconveniences!

Sulla strada stavano facendo molti lavori per cui i taxi non riuscivano ad arrivare davanti all’hotel. All’arrivo e alla partenza, con le valige, non era molto agevole.

Въпреки че собственикът на хотела беше така любезен да ни организира такси при напускането, таксиметровият шофьор ни таксува твърде скъпо. За около 3 км разстояние от хотела да морското пристснище ни взе 40 щатски долара, което е твърде много.

La ubicación y la predisposición, amabilidad y simpatía del personal. La amplitud del apartamento. El recibimiento. La posibilidad de pagar x diferentes monedas (en mi caso, euros).La info previa q se envía por WhatsApp. Me dejé unas llaves al check out y a pesar de poder resolverlo por mi cuenta, el propietario hizo lo posible por tratar de encontrar la manera de q pudiera recibirla donde me encontraba.
Que debido a mejoras en la zona, una de las esquinas está cortada al tránsito y no lo sabía.(Nada de ruidos) Fue algo engorroso para el taxi llegar. De todas maneras llamamos al propietario y nos dió las indicaciones precisas para llegar e incluso salió a nuestro encuentro. Como sugerencia al hotel, estaría bien dentro de toda la info previa, informar de esto. Al regreso pedí un Uber desde la otra esquina. Hay q caminar un poco pero nada terrible.

Pensión pequeña con excelente ubicación, muy limpia y cómoda. La habitación fue suficiente para los dos, tranquila y apta para el descanso. Muy buena relación calidad - precio.
Al ser una pensión sencilla, no hay muchos espacios comunes.
