Amb molt de potencial
Pros:

La ubicació, Punta Rucia ens ha sorprès gratament: lluny de ser la típica platja paradisíaca de postal, és preciosa, autèntica i molt tranquil·la. El servei de l'hotel, excel·lent, tant el senyor que hi havia a recepció, com el noi que l'ajudava. Ens han cuidat i recomanat molt bé. La sortida a Cayo Arena va ser increïble, sense paraules, i molt millor de preu que lligada a qualsevol agència o web. També ens va agradar la piscina.

Cons:

L'hotel està vell, brut i destartalat. Té molt de potencial, perquè l'entorn és preciós i hi ha pocs hotels a la zona, però necessita una forta inversió econòmica.

Der Pool war super

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr heruntergekommen. Vieles war alt und kaputt. Es wurde nichts mehr ausgebessert. Nichts investiert. Keine Getränke im Hotel. Die Bar war zu. Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster und das Licht war kaputt.

Esperaba más, mucho marketing para el servicio
Cons:

El baño no contaba con shampo, había bastante mosquito dentro la habitación, tienen un servicio de TV obsoleto y se pagó más de lo que aplicación daba el monto, porque según ellos el precio no estaba incluido el 10% de propina.

Like that is was close to the beach

Cons:

The entire place needs to be more modern, furnitures in the room need upgrading
Didn’t like that they turn off the air conditioner in the morning and do not turn it back on until 7pm
