a good hotel in urban area open for emergency stays that just needs some renovation and maintenance
Pros:

the staff are very friendly and hospitable the bed,closet, chairs in the room were clean ,

Cons:

the reception and floor hallways need clear labels, all carpets need to be detached from the floors and cleaned properly or removed completely, the hallway between the rooms is very grim it needs some decorations and lighter colors, there is an intense smell in the halls and the room moquet i couldnt sleep from its intensity, the bathroom has poor ventilation and needs renovation of its waste system to reduce the mell and when you open the window smell of cooking oil vapor and sound of crickets, , the ac needs to be cleaned and maintained routinely to remove mold smell .
the breakfast options are very limited.

I'm paying for a Sheraton price , but I felt like Im staying in a hostel

It was too easy to go to the airport, which is the only thing I can say about this hotel

Cons:

For the price I paid, I was expecting a good quality hotel and good customer service, the phone number they provide on their website is a mobile phone. I called them more than 20 times, and no one answered my call until I was about to give up. Someone picked up the phone. I was really desperate as I had a little child with me. I was thinking how I was going to spend the night in the street, especially for my little one.

Les femmes de ménage

Cons:

L'accueil pas top, erreur sur la chambre 1 lit double et 1 lit simple. Il manquait un lit simple.
Puis pas d'eau chaude dans notre chambre ! On a du changer à nouveau, enfin pas de clim qui fonctionne sur la dernière chambre !

I regretted my stay there
Pros:

Shuttle from the airport.

Cons:

Very rude receptionists/ ladies and rude.
No TPE.
They insist on cash payment.
Rooms with previous guest wastes.
No bottle of water in the room although the price.
I was not assigned the room I booked.
Very bad location, far from everywhere.

J'ai pas aimer mon séjour à l'hôtel
Pros:

Juste le calme

Cons:

Le sourire du personnel, pas de suivi à la demande d'un service, la négligence monque de serviettes dans salle de bain , pas de rideau pour la douche
