Buena ubicación
Pros:

Lo mejor la ubicación, desayuno completo, el personal, todo muy limpio y cómodo. Algunas piezas tienen un balcón con una linda vista a la ciudad.

Cons:

El agua de la ducha nunca salió caliente :(

Две ночи в прекрасной Куэнка
Pros:

Сотрудники просто замечательные, весьма гостеприимные и всегда рады помочь. В номере есть небольшой tv, wifi работал хорошо, горячая вода. Завтрак был просто супер и женщина которая его мне подала просто изумительная и очень добрая. Вплотную к отелю очень хороший ресторан, где можно пообедать и поужинать.

Cons:

В комнате было окно но оно выходило внутрь здания и не было достаточной циркуляции воздуха. До позднего вечера доносился какой то шум снизу.

Stanza pulita, personale cordiale, wifi ok, letto comodo bagno pulito, colazione inclusa ottima e abbondante nel ristorante al pian terreno dove abbiamo anche cenato ottimamente per 2 sere a buon prezzo

Mancanza della pulizia giornaliera della stanza nonostante l'avessimo richiesta, rumori di spostamento mobili (probabili lavori) la sera dopo cena.

Try somewhere else
Pros:

Chose for closeness to airport on edge of historical district.
Great coffee, and generous breakfast.

Cons:

The room and bed were very spartan, located near a kitchen vent, so full of stale food smells. The bathroom had some broken fixtures.and an also an open vent. I didn't see any cockroaches but certainly thought of them. Electric shower, so hot when a dribble.
Breakfast stated starting at 7am. Got down on the dot, to find reception attendant waking up, kitchen and dining room dark. Luckily I wasn't in much of a hurry.
The coffee, when it came, was good though. And the breakfast generous.
I think I'd pay a little more to stay somewhere else next time.

Siempre la ubicación sera uno de sus puntos mas altos, al estar cerca de todo en el centro de Cuenca, también está cerca del terminal terrestre y del tranvía
