Pros:

Great stay near many attractions, plazas, bus tours, eateries etc.and friendly helpful staff. Royal Breakfast. Nice view of Panicillo.

Cons:

Get used to hot water coming late in shower.

Comfortable, Clean, Close, Classic, Caring, Competent and Central !!
Pros:

It is a great old building in historic centre, with great views of panicillo, a rich royal breakfast, a very friendly, helpful and polite staff, close to many attractions, plazas, eateries, city tours, day trips, mercado, shopping, laundry entertainment, etc. yet a bit tucked away from noisy streets. The staff is very helpful and well organised and go out the way to meet your requirements. They stored my suitcase after checkout for a week, which was a nice gesture.

Cons:

It is a great comfortable stay at budget prices. Room was basic but good enough. Only shower water takes a few minutes wait to heat up, which is a common problem in Ecuador, which causes lot of water wastage. Also streets are deserted and may be unsafe after sunset, very common in Quito. But staff can accompany you or bring you back from the neighbourhood in late hours, which is very nice.

Muy buen lugar y un personal muy amable.
En este lugar puedes sentir la auténtica atmósfera de Quito. Tuve que quedarme una noche adicional y ni siquiera me cobraron por ella.
Muchas gracias por su hospitalidad. Espero que nos volvamos a encontrar en mi próximo viaje a Quito.

Good hostal, good price and good location.
Pros:

Un hostal muy bonito y colonial y muy bien ubicado en el centro histórico y unos de los pocos con parqueo privado. El muchacho q trabaja ahi es muy atento y esta siempre pendiente de lo q necesites.

Cons:

Dice en booking que tenían una conexión a internet excelente, y es cierto que la tienen en las pisos inferiores. Me dieron una habitación privada en la terraza, pero allí no hay internet. Es fui muy incomodo estar bajando para agarrar internet.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse du personnel : Alex et Johan. Ils m'ont attendu chaque fin de journée pour me recevoir avec courtoisie 🙏 On a le service de buanderie dans la Posada Colonial. En plus, on peut utiliser une cuisine équipée pour préparer nos repas. Je me suis sentie chez moi et on peut ranger nos aliments dans un réfrigérateur pour le bien conserver 👍🤗 Je remercie le Bon Dieu de m'avoir diriger vers la Posada Colonial dans ma visite à Notre Dame du Bon Succès à Quito 🌹😇🙏

Pros:

Chouette et beau logement très bien situé à proximité du centre, la chambre était vraiment spacieuse, comparée à la salle de bain qui elle par contre est minuscule… Le personnel est gentil et serviable.

Cons:

Rien à dire à part la taille de la salle de bain

Muy buena atención, queda en el centro histórico, para llegar se pueden guiar que queda a media cuadra de la estación de bomberos, Álex es muy amable y nos colaboró muchísimo con toda la información, es una persona muy diligente.

Una posada colonial en el centro de Quito.
Pros:

Una casa antigua muy bonita con mucho encanto. El personal es amable y está cerca del centro. Se puede pagar con tarjeta.

Cons:

Las camas están algo enfondadas quizás habría que cambiar los colchones.
