This is my second stay here and it will always by my hotel to stay anytime I am in Cairo . I love it
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing fresh healthy options and , great variety for different tastes , staff at breakfast very friendly polite courteous and never tired of topping up
coffee or water . Restaurant was beautiful overlooked the pool

music could be less loud

ماشاء الله الفندق كبير والاقامة كانت مريحة، مساحة الغرفة ماكانت بحجم مساحة الغرف في فنادق سبق الاقامة فيها لكن تعتبر مقبولة، الغرفة نظيفة والاستقبال خدومين ومرنين الى حدٍ ما، المطعم كبير والاكل لذيذ وفيه خيارات متنوعة فيه جلسات داخلية وجلسات ع المسبح
طلعنا بدري وطلبنا تشيك اوت وحان وقت خروجنا واغراضنا ف الغرفة الى المغرب وكانوا متفهمين ماحسبوا يوم جديد

Exceptional
Pros:

The staff was extremely attentive. A young man even noticed that I took my high heels off because my feet hurt after a conference he stopped me in the hall and gave me slippers and a bag for me to carry my shoes in.

Cons:

Everything was great. I know soccer is a very important sport there. The soccer game on the television by the swimming pool was quite loud in the evening after a day of conferences. However, it wasn't anything I couldn't handle. I just had my earbuds in and listened to music. It was no problem at all.

Pros:

The hotel is very well maintained, including the huge comfy and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and professional, yet sometimes a bit cold.
I had just one night here but was pretty happy. Room service dinner was great and a lot of food for a fair price. Breakfast buffet was also good in a silent environment.
Parking was easy, they have a huuuge underground garage. Price for parking I do not remember, but was fair.

Cons:

Not really meant negative, but this is a „dry“ hotel, so there is no alcohol available. For the size of this hotel I was just a bit surprised. Again, not meant negative, but as some people tend to enjoy a glass of wine at dinner, I just want to inform about that.
