Rooms and hotel exceeded expectations, but just be prepared to have zero interaction with staff.
Pros:

Clean, quiet and spacious room. Hammam was an added bonus!

Cons:

No staff available at reception during our whole stay. When we asked for assistance calling a taxi, we were given a phone number to call ourselves.

Preis Leisung und Lage sehr gut.
Die Receptinistinnen waren sehr bemüht aber da offenbar jeweils nur eine Person allein im Haus ist, gibt es bei unvorhergesehenem sehr wenig Spielraum und ist der Druck auf dieser Person dann sehr hoch.
Das Bad ist auf jeden Fall ein Trumpf und sehr schön.

Cons:

Auch im Bad ist das Personal sehr schnell am Anschlag. Sprachlich aber auch im know-how. Die Massage ist angenehm aber nichts besonderes. Es wird nicht nach Beschwerden/Wünschen gefragt und es werden alle in einem Raum ohne Abtrennung behandelt...

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent. The rooms and the communal areas had a class about them that we were not expecting. The addition of a free session in the Arab baths was a highlight.

Pros:

Staff were so incredibly friendly. We had instructions on how to find the hotel from the get go and it's very central to everything. Incredible value for money, very clean, usage of the baths is a huge bonus, and the bed we're extremely comfortable. Highly recommend!

Établissement calme et bien placé avec bains inclus
Pros:

Le personnel était très gentil ; les horaires d'arrivée et départ étendus (check-in dès 14h, check-out 12h) nous ont permis de profiter un maximum de la ville sur notre court séjour d'1 seule nuitée. La localisation est idéale en plein centre historique dans une ruelle calme. L'établissement était très propre ; la chambre bien décorée ainsi que les espaces communs avec patio et terrasse sur le toit. Petit plus pour les bains permettant de profiter d'un moment de tranquillité sans avoir besoin de quitter l'hôtel, agréables avec de très bons massages disponibles en supplément. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter.

Cons:

Dû au climat, la chambre était un peu humide (mais possibilité d'aérer avec les fenêtres donnant sur le patio).
