Haluan antaa erityiskiitoksen hotellin infon asiakaspalvelijallenne. Olin varannut teiltä vahingossa väärälle päivälle huoneen ja hotellinne oli täynnä. Olin juuri sitä ennen saanut kuulla erittäin ikävän uutisen äitini sairastumisesta ja kävelin kainalosauvan tuella jalan vamman takia. Henkilö huomasi tilanteeni ja tuli rauhoittamaan minut kertoen, että kaikki järjestyy, me järjestämme sinulle huoneen. Hän oli hyvin empaattinen ja kohtelias. Asia todellakin saatiin järjestettyä ja sain huoneen. Kiitos tuhannesti saamastani palvelusta ja myötätunnosta. En tule unohtamaan teitä. Hauska yhteensattuma oli myös, että hotellinne nimi viittaa merenkulkuun ja olen itse merimies ammatiltani. ⚓😊 Tulen palaamaan hottelliinne uudestaan.

C'è da migliorare!!
Pros:

L'hotel è centralissimo. Staff molto gentile. Se richiesto puliscono tutti giorni, c'è possibilità di affittare ombrellone e asciugamani per il mare, che è davvero a 10 min.

Cons:

Sicuramente va pulito meglio, almeno la nostra stanza! Camera con comodini disposti male, questa vista sul mare, ci voleva il binocolo. Non è funzionale, non si sapeva dove appoggiare le cose.Insomma sicuramente da migliorare!!

Room was very small, nothing like the photo, it was dirty, the bathroom smelt of sewage, the grout in the shower had black grout in it and little black flies were flying around, mattress was so thin and uncomfortable
