Soms lawaai van de omgeving als de raam openstaat
We loved the vibe, the rooms are small but perfect, the bar area and the terrace is beautiful! Breakfast is a small buffet but contains everything you need really.

Posizione centrale per cala d’Or. Arrivi a piedi in centro , nei supermercati e anche in spiaggia. Fuori dall’hotel c’è un mini parcheggio, altrimenti ci sono nelle vicinanze. Consiglio la macchina per visitare le altre cale dell’isola perché in base al vento cambia la pulizia dell’acqua , quindi non sempre a cala d’Or è bello il mare. Letto molto grande, però formato da due materassi. Cuscini così così. Cucina ben fornita. Cambio asciugamani frequente. Ci sono : phon, microonde, carta igienica di scorta, scottex, tostapane, stoviglie, piano cottura, bollitore, cavatappi, pentole, padelle, frigo, detersivi, sale, pepe, zucchero, ombrellone, stuoie per la sabbia.
Il bagno era datato. Alla doccia andrebbe rifatto lo scarico. Dopo una doccia l’acqua rimaneva nel piatto doccia per ore prima di scendere. Quando uscivamo di casa dovevamo posizionare sopra il tombino un tappo per non far uscire insetti veri . Il bagno in generale puzza sempre un po di fogna. Il condizionatore non funziona sotto una certa temperatura, anche se la cambi rimane a circa 23/24 gradi . Darei una pulita al tostapane e fornirei una spugna per lavare i piatti.
Stile e posizione. Molto apprezzato la bollicina di benvenuto. Vista bellissima, e bel terrazzo dove bere qualcosa la sera. Alexander e Jennifer bravissimi a indirizzare i residenti su cosa e dove andare
Die Lage war optimal, innerhalb von 5 Minuten war man zu Fuß im Zentrum. Parkplätze standen in den umliegenden Straßen immer kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Aussergewöhnlich war die Kommunikation mit den beiden Gastgebern Jennifer und Alex, welche uns bei allen möglichen Fragen behilflich sein konnten. Hierzu zählen vor Allem Tipps für leckere Restaurants, schöne Städte/Dörfer oder an welchen Stränden man abseits der touristischen Massen auch in der Hochsaison in Ruhe baden gehen kann. Zudem war das Frühstück, insbesondere das frische Obst, sehr lecker. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen.
Jennifer and Alexander were perfect hosts! So kind and great recommendations. The room itself was lovely and perfect size. The location was great too, it was quite central with only a short walk to the main centre and local beaches. I would happily stay here again

Personeel erg vriendelijk en de eigenaren waren erg betrokken. Bij vragen konden wij altijd bij ze terecht.
Hygiëne was top en de schoonmaak was altijd snel klaar

This boutique hotel is well located a quick walk to marina as well as the town center with many restaurants and shops. A very close walk to Cala Petite (loved this beach). The husband and wife who own this property were very pleasant and helpful.
I had the top floor room which was beautiful however there is no lift (elevator). Jen (the owner) was kind enough to help with my luggage up the narrow and steep steps which was a huge help. The room however was amazing with the best view of the marina.
The hosts, jennifer and alexander were amazing, they made our trip 100% better, by giving us the best spots to explore and also making us feel like we were home. We definitely will be coming back and recommend this hotel to everyone

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the beautiful marina, making it the perfect base for exploring Cala d’Or.
A special thank you to Jennifer, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel very welcome and was always happy to assist with anything we needed.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cala d’Or!
