Nice hotel but disorganised breakfast!
Pros:

Reception staff and room service staff were lovely, room was spacious, location was central. A safe place was found for our bicycle.

Cons:

Breakfast on first day was late opening. We were asked what time we wanted breakfast (9am). We and another couple turned up on time and the breakfast lady had not arrived. When breakfast was eventually available it was good until things (bread, juice) ran out. The breakfast lady didn’t seem to notice.

La limpieza y la ubicación

Cons:

Que cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación que no era la que yo había reservado, bien es cierto que al decirlo en recepción, la señorita nos atendió muy bien y nos dieron otra habitación, pero ya no era tampoco lo que yo había reservado sino que me dieron una aguardillada que era bastante incómoda para utilizar el aseo y desplazarte por la habitación.

One of those places you hope will be kept secret.
Pros:

The Ábaster is right in the middle of the lovely city of Soria. A place of the tourist trail but with a very safe and friendly atmosphere. Beautiful parks and river walks and lots of history. Very friendly people who engaged us in conversation. The hotel is recently restored and very well cared for. Staff were welcoming and the whole place was spotless.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked good. Excellent breakfast at local cafes.

Una muy buena opción en Soria.
Pros:

Está céntrico y se puede aparcar bien en el parking subterráneo público junto al hotel. Habitación amplia, tranquila, cómoda y luminosa. Buena temperatura regulable. Cuenta un minibar a disposición de los huéspedes. Sin duda repetiremos en una visita a Soria.
Hay una aparcamiento debajo del hotel, que mediante el ascensor o escaleras mecánicas accedes a la plaza donde está ubicado el hotel. Precio 24h 2,90€.

Cons:

En realidad nada, todo estuvo bien.

Bien ubicado, muy limpio y buen precio. ¡Ah! Y muchos enchufes en la habitación, así que pudimos cargar móviles y demás sin "pelearnos".
