Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly across reception, the restaurant, and room service. The location is fantastic, just steps from La Rambla. The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast is good

Cons:

the beds are small singles and the pillows aren’t very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, especially on the fifth floor. Basic amenities were missing (no kettle, tissues, or complimentary coffee or milk). For a three-star hotel, the nightly rate felt expensive for the overall value.
