El trato recibido.

Cons:

Hacía falta una nevera pequeña para no tomar el agua caliente en verano a media noche. El mando de la tele estaba estropeado y con cinta blanca detrás para que no se abriera.

No me gusto que mis hijos venian con la elucion de bañarse en la piscina y resulta que no se podia nadar porque segun el personal la depuradora estaba rota

Kouzelné misto, osobitě zařizené, velmi milí a vstřicni majitelé. Klid, zeleň, soukromí, vše, co potřebujete k pobytu je k dispozici. Všude čisto a pohodlí.

A wonderful discovery near Valencia! The welcome was exceptionally warm, and the owners were genuinely friendly and attentive. The highly original décor is inspired by American biker and Harley-Davidson culture, giving the hotel a truly unique character. The rooms are very comfortable. I highly recommend Hotel Iris!

Atención al cliente
Pros:

La persona que esta encargada de enviar las facturar ha sido muy grosera. Al solicitar la factura hubo un error en el correo a lo que su respuesta es que no puede pasar todo el dia enviando una factura y que no le importa sino la recibimos. No creo que el personal de la empresa vuelva a hospedarse allí, su trabajo es prestar un servicio

De ontvangst was erg prettig. Leuke algemene ruimte die altijd open is en waar je drankjes uit de automaat kan halen. Nette kamer met prima bedden. Dit alles op een erg leuk afgesloten terrein
