Correcto pero no a la altura de las fotos, la descripción ni la puntuación en Booking

La habitación es correcta, agradable y limpia, y el hotel bien ubicado.

Cons:

Muy decepcionante que la realidad no esté a la altura de las fotos, de la descripción ni del precio. La habitación y la cama son mucho más pequeñas de lo que se muestra en unas fotos y descripción particularmente favorecedoras, además de que venden la categoría poniendo primero las fotos de una habitación que no se corresponde con la que luego asignan en la realidad. Además, sin ningún contacto humano ni vía whatsapp, solo vía Booking siempre tras varias horas de espera. Sin embargo, por alguna razón, sí me contactaron vía whatsapp unos estafadores en nombre del hotel, que tenían todos los datos y detalles de mi reserva, pidiéndome que hiciera el check in online e ingresara nuevamente los datos de mi tarjeta, que por suerte no hice. Por último, el pago de la tasa turística, que piden hacerlo de manera separada vía un link del hotel, complicando y obligando a volver a ingresar datos de tarjeta innecesariamente, daba error en cada intento, aún con diferentes tarjetas, para luego de varias horas llegar aviso de que uno de los pagos había sido aceptado. Y ante todas estas dificultades, ningún tipo de cortesía en particular sino respuestas escondiéndose tras la letra chica de Booking. Lamentable para un hotel con esta puntuación y cantidad de comentarios, que me hace reconsiderar mi confianza en la plataforma y los criterios para asegurarme de la calidad y seriedad de las propuestas.

Tout est parfait !
L’hôtel est très bien équipé,
Esther est à l’écoute, et toujours disponible pour vous donner des adresses !
Chambre propre et nettoyé chaque jour
Très bien situé dans cuitadella

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol, est la taille de la chambre un petit peu petite, et le bruit du bar d’à côté durant la soirée.

Ester couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating during our stay even to the point of during us to a family and arranging taxi to airport
Worth noting that this particular time of year is festival time when centre of town shuts and most traffic prohibited ⛔️
