I’d chosen this hotel specifically for the swimming pool, and upon arriving noticed that it was closed for the month. This was not properly communicated at all. Reception is not open all day / evening so after a certain time there’s no staff available at the hotel, which didn’t feel safe. Especially when I came back from a long day to find my hotelroom door had been left ajar by the cleaning staff, all day…

No me gustó que cuando llegamos la piscina no estaba disponible y no nos habían avisado con anterioridad. Eran días de mucho calor y hubiera venido genial la verdad. Si que nos dieron una alternativa pero pagando 10€ por persona
Perfect service, cleanness, fragrantly, near to historical part of the city
Lovely little room in a great location. We booked extremely last minute at 11pm after we missed a flight, and colleagues at their sister hotel around the corner were really helpful and checked us in even though it was very late at night when we got there. Located in central Las Palmas, sadly we didn't have time to explore the area but the bed was very comfy and the bathroom had everything we needed!
We had the very first room right as you come into the hotel and it was right above the breakfast area, so we could hear voices outside and clinking of cutlery in the morning. But that was it really!

Que elegimos ese hotel concreto únicamente por la piscina ya que queríamos algo un alojamiento en el casco histórico con piscina incluido y no se nos comunicó que estaba en reforma por tanto no vemos relación calidad precio y nos deberían de haber avisado pero de resto el trato del personal fue maravilloso al igual que la limpieza de la habitación que no podría ser mejor sin embargo nos hubiese gustado saber lo de la piscina con previo aviso para tener la posibilidad de decidir

Me queden muy decepcionada al ver que la piscina no estaba disponible. Hice la reserva de este hotel principalmente por la piscina pero al llegar estaba vacia. Hacen publicidad engañosa ya que se muestra la piscina como un servicio del hotel y de hecho la primera foto es de la piscina.
Además la habitación estaba llena de mosquitos y bichos…
Me dijeron que me darían una respuesta por los descontentos pero aun sigo esperando.

Es un pequeño hotel muy bien ubicado a 2 pasos de la catedral. La habitación amplia y muy cómoda. El desayuno muy bien calidad precio.

Una experiencia excelente. Me gustó muchísimo todo: la atención, el ambiente, las instalaciones y cada detalle del hotel. Todo estuvo cuidado y superó mis expectativas. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo totalmente. ¡Una estancia maravillosa!
nada, todo excelente, lastima que la piscina estaba cerrada, hubiera sido la guinda del pastel. Eso me animara para repetir en una próxima estancia
