La proximité de l'autoroute.
Beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs par contre on entend rien dehors donc insonorisé aux fenêtres mais pas au niveau de la porte
Niente. Perche alla mattina stessa mi hanno annullato la prenotazione per un problema con la carta, nonostante avessi spiegato per email che la carta era stata bloccata per un tentativo di frode., ma che stavamo per arrivare e avrei pagato subito. Ho fatto 2000 km .e non mi sono potuta fermare a Pamplona perche non mi hanno neppure risposto, cancellato e stop.
Ho avuto un serio problema per una tentata truffa. Pazienza ! Di sicuro non andrò piu a Pamplona.

Olía un poco a tabaco porque fuman en la.entrada y las maquinas expendedoras estaban estropeadas.
Une ambiance internationale, avec beaucoup de routiers de toute l'Europe, en particulier des roumains.
Ayant voyagé pas mal en Europe de l'Est, ce n'était pas pour me déplaire.
Cadre de sortie de ville avec des bâtiments en tôle ondulée mais on a quand même vue sur les monts pré-pyrénéens, donc ce n'est pas si mal.

Booked a 'deluxe double' but not sure that description fits. It was an adequate room & clean with nice bathroom but quite a small room to be called deluxe with not much room around the bed. The bed was extremely uncomfortable/hard - we have been staying here on & off for 10 years & the beds have previously been very comfortable. Also only one bolster pillow with no extras (had to put spare blanket under pillow to raise it). The room description states socket near bed (sockets are on opposite wall to bed or next to door), desk (just a shelf under window), dining area (not sure where this was but only one chair anyway). Also states entire room wheelchair accessible - although this didn't affect us, anyone who was in a wheelchair wouldn't have been able to access the bed except from the end & also wouldn't have been able to use the shower (which was in the bath). The ramps to access the hotel outside are way too steep to push a wheelchair up or down - & were blocked by a bin on one side. Disappointed after many years of staying here. We didn't mention anything to the hotel staff at the time as had been driving all day & just wanted to rest.
Toute la journée les chambres sont faites, lits refaits, salle de bain toilette nettoyer, quelque soit l’heure où vous quittez la chambre.
