Las habitaciones y las instalaciones en general muy limpias , el personal muy amable

Cons:

Creo que demasiado aglomerado , tiene varias piscinas pero muy pequeñas y sin tumbonas casi, creo que deberían asignar por lo menos una hamaca por habitación porque sino es imposible ir a la piscina

Loved the view but services were lacking.
Pros:

The room had exceptional views, we were extremely impressed.

Cons:

Couldn’t get a deck chair near the pool as all were reserved by towels early each morning. We didn’t end up using the pool at all as it was so crowded.
Check in seemed to take a very long time as compared to other hotels we have stayed in.

super lokalizacja, klimatyzacja cicha i skuteczna w pokoju i całym obiekcie, personel, codziennie wino musujące lub cava podczas śniadania, śniadania i obiadokolacje dobre choć monotonne

Cons:

brak szczotki do WC w toalecie, personel oznajmił, że od czasu covid nie ma szczotek, co jest krępujące dla samych gości jak i pań sprzątających, palenie papierosów na balkonach i na basenach co przeszkadza, powinno być to bardziej uregulowane, przedłużenie doby hotelowej o 2 godziny za 20 euro extra

Mancarea cu specific spaniol si mexican.

Nu am avut perie de curatat WC.
Farfuriile - unele erau murdare, trebuia sa verific mereu sa iau una curata.
Gelatina de la desert trebuie pusa in paharele separate, ca portii, nu la gramada intr.un bol! E hotel de 4* totusi!
Fumul de tigara trece de la un balcon la altul, pt ca balcoanele nu sunt total separate. FUMATUL TREBUIE INTERZIS SI PE BALCON!!!
