DISGRACEFUL TREATMENT – NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL!
We booked this hotel on 16 September 2026 after our flight to Amsterdam was cancelled. After an already exhausting day, we had to wait for hours for a taxi and eventually arrived at the hotel at around 4:00 AM, completely exhausted.
The check-in process was unbelievably slow. The receptionist took approximately two hours to check in only four guests. In the end, around six guests were told that there were no rooms available, including us.
Despite having a confirmed booking, we were left without a room and had no other option but to sleep in the hotel lobby.
The service was absolutely unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility, the receptionist blamed Booking.com, even though the hotel chooses to work with Booking.com and accepts reservations through their platform.
What made the situation even worse was the payment issue. We were told that payment had to be made in cash, even though we did not have sufficient cash with us. The entire situation gave us the strong impression that Booking.com reservations were deliberately not being honoured, although we obviously cannot verify the reason behind this.
The following morning, the hotel offered us nothing as compensation. No breakfast, no alternative room, no meaningful apology and no gesture of goodwill, despite the fact that we had spent the night sleeping in their lobby.
After a lot of arguing and effort, we eventually managed to get our taxi money refunded, but even that was extremely difficult.
After a cancelled flight, hours of waiting, arriving exhausted in the middle of the night and then being left to sleep in a hotel lobby despite having a reservation, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.
Extremely poor service, terrible organisation and absolutely no customer care.

La camera abbastanza bene..nel bagno con vasca una tenda che al chiudersi ti cade in testa..con tutto il bastone.La colazione sarebbe dovuta iniziare alle 6 ma non è stato così tutte e due le mattine sono sceso alle 6 la sala aveva ancora le luci spente io avevo impegni alle 6:15 me ne sono andato. Chiedendo spiegazioni e rimborso mi è stato risposto che anche a luci spente si può entrare e che la colazione essendo inclusa nel prezzo non si poteva rimborsare..Deluso
