De motivatie vh personeel om de gebreken aan het gebouw en het achterstallig onderhoud te camoufleren.
Vele voorzieningen op de kamer/balkon ontbraken, de ramen hadden al maanden geen wasbeurt meer gehad, op het balkon en de reling plakte overal vogelpoep, er waren geen stoelen op het balkon. Het ontbijt werd zeer slecht bijgevuld, vele gebruikelijke artikelen waren niet eens voorhanden. Al met al was het eigenlijk een soort jeugdherberg maar dan in fabrieksvorm. Er was dan ook geen duidelijke leiding of sprake van georganiseerdheid.

La localisation est top, le personnel est très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est bien mais rien d'exceptionnel.
L'hôtel est un peu dans son jus. Un petit coup de neuf serait appréciable.
Mais ils ne survendent pas leur prestation donc c'est cohérent.
