Do atendimento! Se negam a falar inglês e ficam rindo. Mostrei a placa da recepção que diz ser bilíngue e ela riu de novo. Fizeram uma cobrança em duplicidade e não mostraram boa vontade em resolver. Disseram: resolva com o booking.com
