Es una pena que este hotel sea tan acogedor y su personal sea tan poco acogedor. En concreto, una chica joven que te hace sentir, como si te estuviese perdonando la vida cada vez que le preguntas cualquier cosa. Con respuestas a la defensiva, miradas de desdén, resoplidos…

Como anécdota, no éramos capaces de cerrar la puerta de la habitación con la llave que nos había dado, y su respuesta fue que estaba muy ocupada, que nos buscáramos la vida, pretendía que dejásemos la habitación con la puerta abierta… lo siento, pero así no se trata a la clientela, y menos en un hotel de cuatro supuestas estrellas. Se ve que están desbordados y claramente no sabe gestionarlo, deberían contratar más personal y a poder ser, más simpático.

Un superbe établissement de qualité, aux prestations parfaites et très bien situé à deux pas de la plage et du centre-ville. Les chambres sont confortables et agréables, à cela s'ajoutent deux piscines et un restaurant gastronomique si besoin. Accueil chaleureux et compétent.

Pros:

Great location to explore the island. We hired e-bikes from the reception and went on an expedition to Saint Michael, Le Flotte and back to La Plage De Bois. The pool area was clean and inviting. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Our room (no 18) was in the corner with a large outdoor area to sit and chill. We even had access to the street via an electric door so didn’t have to carry our bags far. The bed linen and towels were excellent quality and the room had an eclectic and cool vibe. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a fab time!! Definitely worth a stay if you’re on the island.

Cons:

Nothing at all! It was perfect!

C’est un problème de Booking : il n’est pas mentionné sur le site de Booking que le ménage n’est pas assuré : c’est à dire faire le lit changer les serviettes passer l’aspirateur …
C’est dommage car ceci est mentionné sur le site de l’hôtel .
Donc La réservation ne correspond pas à un hôtel 4 étoiles.
Et le studio est complètement indépendant de l’hôtel.

A pleasant stay but some attention to detail required
Pros:

Very pretty and quiet hotel. Towels provided for the pool. Rooms are nicely decorated. Good shower and comfortable bed. Excellent location.

Cons:

The toilet was in a cupboard in the bedroom.
The two pools were closed for cleaning until around 2pm everyday. One of them was closed for 3 consecutive days due to a fault.
The full length mirror was attached to the inside door of a wardrobe which did not open sufficiently as the bedside shelf was in the way. There were 3 other doors it could have been attached to and near a socket to have made this do much more practical.
Although the room was cleaned everyday bar one, there were hairs on the tiles in the bathroom which remained for the whole time we were there. I did not think the toilet was as clean as it should have been and the soft close lid barely worked.
There is a lovely personal spa but the facilities should have had an English translation as the staff struggled to explain the detail of the treatments.
The cost of the breakfast at €17 was way too expensive for what was on offer.
Although a kettle is provided there is no milk or fridge. Sachets of coffee are provided but they were not always replaced.
