Muy bueno para ser Paris
Pros:

La ubicación es fenomenal, al frente hay una estación de metro, y cerca quedan los mejores croasants de Paris, y la zona es muy bonita para caminar también. El personal me pareció súper amable y también nos dio tips de que coger en metro para llegar al centro o a la estación de tren y la verdad estaba muy limpio

Cons:

Es un alojamiento muy antiguo, el piso chillaba, el ascensor es miniatura. Pero es por lo viejo, aunque si le falta un poco de mantenimiento

Pros:

Parfaitement situé, authentique, propre, personnel très sympathique. Un peu bruyant à l’extérieur, ce qui est normal en plein Paris.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est très bon (bon croissant et bon pain) mais restreint. Ce n’est pas un self. Il n’y a pas de boisson fraîche et je n’ai pas eu le droit de prendre un second café!

立地が良い
Pros:

小さくてもエレベーターがついてるのは決定打でした。そして立地の良さは抜群です。意外と目の前のバス停と地下鉄を使いませんでした。
スタッフの方々もフレンチなご対応で、特に不満はありません。持参したマルチアダプターが合わず困っていたら、翌日オーナーさんが「滞在中使って」と貸してくれました。気遣いが嬉しかったです。棚が多いのは使いやすかったです。

Hotel bien placé à un prix raisonnable
Pros:

L'emplacement est très bien, dans le quartier latin. Ma chambre donnait sur le boulevard mais les fenêtres sont bien isolées et le bruit ne m'a pas dérangé. La chambre (pour 1 personne) était petite mais avec un espace bien optimisé, propre et le lit était très confortable. Je ne suis resté qu'une nuit mais j'ai apprécié. Le personnel est très serviable et il y a quelqu'un à l'accueil 24h/24, ce qui est pratique.

Great spot for a one night stay or if you are a minimalist. Not ideal for multiple days.
Pros:

Location was nice, shower was good, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom floor was not stable it felt like the toilet was going to fill through the floor. The description of the room was in accurate or misleading depending on how you look at it. Not all rooms have a mini fridge or microwave in room.

L accueil etait tres sympathique et chaleureux. Et surtout le personnel de menage etait bienveillant et tres gentil.

Cons:

Le wifi saute regulierement ; le joint du pommeau de douche est defectueux ; le distributeur à savon, defectueux est compensé par un distributeur manuel sale; les wc sur le palier a cote d une chambre occupee est mal aisant (d autant que les cloisons sont fines); le personnel m a "zappé" pour le petit dejeuner alors que à mon arrivée on m'a demandé a quelle heure je venais petit déjeuner (habituellement on précise les créneaux horaires pour le prendre, mais ca reste un détail); on m' a vendu le meilleur croissant de Paris (sans préciser que la boulangerie a été élue meilleur croissant en 2018- nous sommes en 2026). Petit déjeuner minimaliste et pour 8 euros, j aurais mieux fait d'aller m'acheter moi-meme 2 croissants et un jus d'orange frais. Le linge sale qui traine par terre dans les couloirs le matin (pb de mise a dispositiin du personnel des moyens nécessaires à la bonne executiin de leur travail)
