Pros:

Location perfect. Staff very friendly amd helpful. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Hot on 6th floor in summer and no air conditioning. There was a heatwave the week before we stayed here, which would have been very difficult.

エアコンが無くてすごく暑かった。
扇風機はあるものの、風の通りも悪かったので熱すぎて寝られませんでした。

No door between the toilet and the room is a new low for my hotel stays - plus the only way to plug a fan in was to have a wire running across the room at waist height.
