L'accueil du personnel. Humeur changeante selon la personne et le moment. Un language plus diplomate serait appréciable. On peut dire les règles de l'établissement sans agression verbale.

Hôtel de prestations moyennes
Pros:

- climatisation très appréciable par temps de canicule
- WC séparés de la douche
- écran de télévision de bon volume
- hôtel très calme
- propreté de la chambre
- lit confortable

Cons:

- rapport qualité/prix un peu excessif vu les prestations fournies (chambre pas très grande - lavabo séparé de la chambre par un simple rideau - pas de placard ni penderie pour ranger ses propres affaires...)
- les personnes à l'accueil n'étaient pas très accueillantes (jamais aucun sourire de l'arrivée au départ) / avions plutôt la sensation de les déranger...
- le fait d'avoir dû redescendre au moins 3 fois de l'étage jusqu'à l'accueil car impossible de rentrer dans la chambre (problème de badge défaillant). Personne n'a daigné monter nous venir en aide avant que nous ne procédions au moins à 15 essais restés infructueux de notre côté et que nous commencions un peu à perdre patience. JE TROUVE CELA VRAIMENT TRÈS LIMITE POUR NE PAS DIRE IRRESPECTUEUX ENVERS LES CLIENTS QUI PAIENT POUR DORMIR DANS CET HÔTEL !!!!!
