Un hôtel idéalement placé et un accueil très sympa
Pros:

L emplacement est génial. Le directeur est très ouvert et très serviable.

Cons:

Il manquait une poignee pour sortir de la baignoire mais c vraiment un détail facilement corrigeable

Emplacement parfait : belle vue sur la cour du palais de justice (ancien Parlement de Normandie) et au cœur de toutes nos visites ! Très calme la nuit. Petit déjeuner excellent (et avec le sourire de l'équipe de service).

Hotel muy bien ubicado en pleno casco histórico de Rouen. Elegimos la habitación con vista al Palacio de Justicia y fue una excelente opción. Las vistas al Palacio son increíbles.

Obligada por las circunstancias. No volvería nunca más.
Cons:

Cuatro pisos sin escalera (por suerte uno de los encargados me subió la valija, sólo no hubiera llegado.
No hay atención después de cierto horario ni el domingo. Estás más solo que Adam en el día de la madre!!!

Un hôtel très bien placé, propreté impeccable, literie confortable, une chambre suffisamment spacieuse, salle de bain très bien !

Cons:

Pas de possibilité de laisser les bagages, l'hôtel étant directement en lien avec le restaurant, celui-ci étant fermé le dimanche, nous n'avons eu à faire à personne côté réception. Mais en soi ce n'est pas très grave, il suffit d'être prévenu

Hôtel tres bien situé, vue incroyable sur le palais de justice de Rouen. Le personnel de l’hôtel a été extrêmement accueillant et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour. Une mention spéciale pour ce matin : nous avions un petit déjeuner sucré prévu, et ils n’ont pas hésité à nous le remplacer par une option salée avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de réactivité. Un service vraiment appréciable qui fait la différence!
