Pros:

Das Personal war wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Die Dusche war im Badezimmer vom Rest des Bades abgetrennt was in vielen anderen Hotels in China nicht so war - das war auf jeden Fall ein Pluspunkt. Auch wurden jeden Tag die Mülleimer geleert und frische Handtücher bereit gestellt. Wir waren zu den Hightlights zu Fuß unterwegs, also die Lage war für uns auch in Ordnung, auch wenn man etwas laufen musste.

Couldn't have asked for me, thank you!
Pros:

What a fine - couldn't have asked for more! Check in was smooth and personable, even giving me a map for a walking tour around the city and recommending a sunset spot. Easy to book the Li River boat cruise to Yangshuo, with options for 3-star or 4-star boats and a reasonable price that included transport to the port. The staff truly went over and above, especially when they organised a personal didi for me after I went to the wrong pick up spot for the coach.

Cons:

Cannot think of anything - clean rooms, lovely staff, great location. Thank you so much!

Best hotel staff in China! :-)
Pros:

The staff were all amazing! Really informative, good English, friendly, happy and attentive

Cool lounge area, good instructions to find hostel. Bathroom and dorms had all we needed

Elevator for luggage

Cons:

Only that the bed was a little hard but not too bad

Exceptional hospitality, comfortable stay, and perfect location near Furong Ancient Town!
Pros:

The location is perfect, very close to Furong Ancient Town. The room was extremely comfortable, clean, and had excellent air conditioning. What made the stay truly exceptional was the host—he was incredibly kind and helpful! He personally accompanied me to a local restaurant to help me order food and even drove me to the train station for free. I highly recommend Jiaxin Homestay to anyone visiting the area!

Nothing at all! Everything was fantastic.

Pros:

Very comfortable clean and spacious room. Very friendly staff and downstairs space that worked for meeting people and social interaction (but not a party hostel). They offered excursions at a reasonable price. Accommodation was very good value for money. Good location to railway station and main sights, all in walking distance. Plenty of local food options.

Im generellen ist es ein super Hotel für den Preis den sie verlangen kann es nur direkt jedem weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Es war unglaublich hilfreiches und liebevolles Personal mit Mega guten Englisch Kenntnissen.
Man konnte Vorort direkt Ausflüge buchen die Preisleistungsmäsig sogar besser sind als von Trip.com
Hier gab es sogar jeden Tag eine Putzfrau was für ein Hostel sehr ungewöhnlich ist und als mein Föhn nicht funktioniert hat, wurde er direkt ausgetauscht!
Im generellen ist es ein super Hotel für den Preis den sie verlangen kann es nur direkt jedem weiter empfehlen.
