Don’t stay here. This place is a safety and health hazard.

Cons:

No AC, elevator broken, front desk does not answer calls, black mold in rooms, cleaning staff goes inside the room without knocking first are some of the few things why I did not like the property.

Room size, lack of a lobby, non functional elevator, room temperature. This was our 2nd stay and the elevator was not working. Completely unacceptable especially for the handicapped or elderly. Our room wasn’t ready at 3pm as well.

At first glance and on the surface the cleaning is well done.

Cons:

The in-depth cleaning leaves something to be desired such as the underside of the bed or the inside of the air conditioning. In addition, some insects were in the room.

L'emplacement est vraiment parfait et central pour une virée shopping ou culturelle.
Le personnel très gentil et souriant.
Relativement bien insonorisé car la fenêtre donnait sur une rue très passante et on n'a pas été déranger pour dormir

Cons:

Chambre assez petite : il ne faut pas vouloir y séjourner trop longtemps mais parfait si on ne l'utilise que pour dormir.
A deux, il n'est pas simple de bouger dans la chambre, l'emplacement de certains meubles ne facilitent pas.
Le prix est peut-êre un peu élevé au regard de la grandeur de la chambre

Excellent stay.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the lift was out of service, but the team immediately offered to carry my heavy bag up to the fourth floor without hesitation. Their willingness to help and positive attitude made a real difference and reflected excellent customer service. Despite the inconvenience of the lift being unavailable, the professionalism and kindness of the staff ensured I still had a very positive experience.

Cons:

My travel arrangements were unplanned, and I needed to remain flexible regarding how many nights I would be staying in London. While I completely understand if the property was fully booked and unable to offer me an additional night, if there had been availability it would have been appreciated if I could have extended my stay at a similar rate, or at least received a discounted rate compared with the online price.

As it turned out, I had to stay in three different hotels during my trip, so being able to extend my stay at the same property would have made the experience much more convenient.
