Honestly one of the worst hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Unbelievably uncomfortable and pretty awful all round. Only stay there if you really have to or are homeless.

I had a wonderful stay at The Z Hotel Soho and would definitely recommend it! The location is absolutely amazing — right in the heart of Soho and within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops, attractions, and transport links, making it the perfect base to explore the city.

The atmosphere of the hotel was lovely, with a welcoming and comfortable environment that made the stay even more enjoyable. What really stood out, though, was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. Their warm attitude and attention to guests truly made a difference and made me feel very well looked after.

Overall, a fantastic experience with a great combination of excellent service, a great atmosphere, and an unbeatable location. Thank you for such a lovely stay — I’ll definitely be back!

1) Room was ready but would not let us check in an hour early unless we paid £15 extra. 99% of hotels will let you into room if it is ready especially with only an hour to spare. 2) Would not mind our bags unless we joined as members. Very unfair to demand that personal information to do this. Should be common courtesy. 3) Room horrific. Claustrophobic, expensive. See through glass into toilet with little to no ventilation. 4) Air con not working properly, very poor air circulation. 5) Shower water leaking into the tiny floorspace so entire room was wet. 6) Shower either boiling hot and difficult to regulate. Would not recommend.

Warm and friendly hospitality
Pros:

Niharika who served me in the bar was wonderful and I had a warm and helpful welcome from the member of staff who checked me in at reception. Really lovely hospitality and cheese and wine 😊
