Value for money but the hotel could improve
Pros:

Clean room close to where I needed to be

Cons:

No air conditioning, no shower, shower gel or shampoo and no working television was saying there with my 8 year old son

Nice pub. The description on the booking bed arrangements is not true!
Pros:

Location was great for my needs. The pub served reasonably priced beverages.

Cons:

Unfortunately the description on the booking does not match the hotel. It clearly states you can have a room with either a queen or king bed, and single bed. Unfortunately the rooms do not have a single bed, they have a sofa bed.... very misleading.

The barman kindly helped us get in.
Spacious room.

Cons:

Too hot.
AC broken down but at least there was a fan.
Blinds were inadequate...very light at 4am.

Clean, comfortable and great location. I’d definitely stay again
Pros:

Very comfortable, pedestal fan provided, lovely large shower, towels and bed linen spotless. Good location just a few minutes walk from St John’s Wood main shopping area and local parks.

Cons:

Scorch marks on carpet very unsightly. Perhaps a rug could cover these. Mirror in room over desk set very high so you couldn’t sit to dry your hair or do makeup. Tiles in shower need a good scrub to clean grout

Cons:

There was an AC unit in the room but
the man my colleague spoke to
told him that they never promised an AC as the council told them they can’t use them
He also said to write an email to the company.
Worse still it was impossible to open the window in the room. And the fan couldn’t do anything to help as it was about 40c in the room.
The shower was clean, but the bed and sheets had visible dirt marks.
My guest who I had booked into this room could not therefore stay the night and thankfully found a friend to accommodate him.

Generally ok - if on budget
Pros:

Very close to tube station.
Very good value for money - without a doubt.
Keys easy to procure.
Was basic but no ac- fan put out though.

Surfaces were not clean

Unfortunately poor experience all round
Pros:

It was clean and the bed was comfy

Pros:

The only good thing about this place is its location. That's about it really.

Cons:

The labelling of this place as a "boutique hotel" is misleading and definitely a misnomer. It is in a dismal condition and poor state of maintenance.

Pros:

Quiet, nice area, large room

Cons:

Blinds do not block out any light. Air conditioning and TV not functioning. Carpet due a refresh
