Clean, tidy, very comfortable bed and good shower plus facilities in the room
Really helpful staff. Nicely decorated and well equipped rooms.
A little noisy from outside (but this is the city centre) and inside - as there are numerous fire doors which slam shut.
Free parking, easy check-in, fabulous room which was spotlessly clean and wonderful ambience. Perfect location for a night out with friends in Leicester City Centre.

We have stayed here lots of times and each time has been perfect. Comfy bed, very clean rooms, helpful staff, lovely toiletries and a very soft bathrobe. Rooms are beautifully decorated, and each is slightly different (we have stayed in 4 different ones now). Would definitely recommend.

Clean tidy room with car park
No Wi-fi as advertised. When I contacted reception I was informed this was an on-going problem that had not been solved. Shower drain cover not in place but standing in corner of shower.
Very well appointed hotel
Doesn’t make it clear there are 2 buildings and the reception is in the opposite building to hotel rooms.
There was no hot water for showering on the last morning of our stay

The furnishings and decor were of a very high standard. The location is excellent, right next to the Cathedral in Leicester city centre.
The room was so hot. We were provided with two large fans but they only reduced the heat in the room slightly. We were told that as it is a Georgian building the hotel is not permitted to install air-conditioning which we understand
The room was of the highest quality in a surperb location.
We stayed over the heatwave period and despite fans baing made available it was difficult to sleep with the heat as the fans were too noisy to leave on all night.
