Absolutely love this hotel very comfortable and fantastic location. Few minor issues but still a fabulous hotel and love the decor.
Due to heatwave room was very hot and windows had not been opened before arrival. No aircon and only a tower fan to cool room down. It was one of the cooler days in the heatwave so had windows been opened fan would have not been needed. Would have been unbearable if was one of the hot days in June.
Room could do with paint maintenance in bathroom and on ceiling and cobwebs cleared in bathroom.

A nice hotel in the centre
This is one of the worst places I've ever stayed. Yes, it was hot over the last few days, but the rooms were 34 degrees inside. There was no ventilation, and the sash windows would not open more than 10 cm high. I could not create any ventilation in the room, so it was unbearable to sleep. They provided a fan, but all it did was blow hot air around. No air con, and no ventilation. I would not recommend staying here during the summer

This property is beautiful, and both my room and the bathroom were excellent. The room was very clean and well presented. I appreciated having a fridge stocked with water, as well as a tray with a lovely selection of teas and coffees, accompanied by some delicious biscuits. The location was excellent, and the receptionist was polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay.
The only improvement I would suggest is installing air conditioning in the room. The weather was very hot yesterday, which made it difficult to sleep. Although a fan was provided, it was quite noisy and did not compensate for the lack of air conditioning.
