Overall a great night spent here- would come again
Pros:

The food we had was delicious, good sized meals & drinks for the prices. (Breakfast included)

The staff who were working were very friendly, approachable and helpful. - Thank you all so much

The room itself was clean, the bed was very comfortable with good facilities inside the room tv,hairdryer,kettle etc plus WiFi



We would definitely visit again

Great hotel and perfect location for us visiting family, ticked all boxes, we will return.
Pros:

We had breakfast on the last day with family, we used a cafe down the road for the other mornings which fitted in with our morning walk. It was okay at the hotel but our relatives got their breakfast included for a cheaper price which was disappointing.

Cons:

Keep the bar open a little longer and make it clearer that last orders are being called. Fortunately for us a couple of members of staff let us have a final drink before 10 pm closing. Thank you!!

Pudsey for a gig at Woolen. Mill
Pros:

The staff were excellent especially Lilly who went to exceptional lengths to ensure everyone in our group had a memorable experience.

Cons:

Location was a little remote but we knew that when we booked. Uber were very good

Centre of Excellence
Pros:

It is impossible to imagine any way in which this venue could be improved. My room was spacious. I was a single traveller and it was more like a suite. It had good facilities for computer working and was comfortable and well equipped. The bed was enormous. The tapas style meal I had in the evening was a perfect choice. Breakfast was excellent, again with interesting choices. the staff were brilliant throughout. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Leeds/Bradford area and I shall certainly stay there again when I am in that district.

Nice place that is within 200yds of our family. Nice bar and rooms are comfortable and clean,

Cons:

This was our second visits had had issues with no hot water (fixed by late evening) and random vibration noises occasionally from above? (Room 6). Reported to the hotel so hopefully will be sorted.
The one lady who serves breakfast could learn to smile and be more approachable, she was the same on our first visit.

Get what you pay for at just £109
Pros:

Nothing stood out I am afraid

Cons:

Tables were not cleared - tables in snug were empty of people but the table were full of empties. Slack.
Dinner was dreadful. Skewered chicken and lamb. Dry as a fart.
Bedroom was cold as heating was off so couldn't turn on towel rail in bathroom

Beautiful, comfortable hotel with a world-class breakfast.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Although my window overlooked the road, it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb - very good value, compared with other hotels, and freshly cooked to order with top quality ingredients. Highly recommended.

Cons:

I would have liked the bar to have stayed open a little longer so I could have had a drink when I returned at night. However, it was after 23.30, so it's understandable.

Overall very good.
Pros:

Great location, lovely big grand building, with a great sprawling beer garden. Rooms and bathrooms are large and spacious, clean tidy and the beds were comfortable enough.

Cons:

Nothing major really. If you are unsteady in your feet or have mobility issues then the stairs to the rooms are uneven and there are lots of doors to negotiate.

We arrived back at the property at 22.45 on a Saturday night expecting to be able to have a drink, but was told last orders had been called already at 22.45.

We were staying at the property so I would have expected to be able to get a drink, even if last order had been called.

It is the little things that make your stay enjoyable and this could have been better.
