There were definitely more positives than negatives, so I rate it positively. It’s also worth mentioning that the balcon
Pros:

I think the house is in a very good location. You can get to the beach by walking through a really nice park. The shops are very close to the house, about a 6-minute walk away, and there are plenty of them, so I didn’t need to use the car. I’m very satisfied.

Cons:

Of course, you can always find something to complain about, but I went there with my family to enjoy the beach and the city, and the room was only for sleeping, showering, and relaxing. I also take the price into consideration, and during that period it was the cheapest option, so being objective, I only saw positives.

Friendly owner and attentive.
Pros:

It was easy to find, clean and very accessible.

The bed we were given for my son was too small. We ended up sleeping in the double bed.. all three of us!

good for a quick overnight stay
Pros:

good location, i parked overnight just in front of the gates as inside were other cars parked and no more space. The room was fairly spacious, with a double bed, a single bed, a desk, a cupboard, an ensuite and had large windows, a balcony, a small tv and a mini fridge. The host was very friendly, we get there around 23:15 and they welcomed us. The room was clean, the beds and towels were nice and clean, extra pillows, etc

Cons:

One thing i did not liked were the beds. We had a double bed and a single bed in the room (triple room). Both beds were squeaky and flimsy. We were a bit worried that the double bed will not survive us (we are both heavy weight, 140kg each) so i slept on the single bed and my wife and my daughter slept in the double one. The double bed was too small for us anyway. The beds were moving every time we moved inside and squeak a bit too loud. The floor was very squeaky and the thin carpet did not covered the noise too well. The ensuite was tiny tiny, build somehow inside the room with a sliding door to it, with a small corner toilet and a 600x600 shower cubicle. We are both large and find it very small

A truly enjoyable and relaxing stay.
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. Their genuine hospitality really stood out and made me feel at home from the moment we arrived.

The room was spacious, spotless, cozy, and well-equipped—everything we needed for a relaxing and stress-free stay. The overall environment of the hotel was peaceful and inviting, with a calm, pleasant vibe that made it easy to unwind.

All in all, a lovely experience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the sea.

Pros:

Location was good for the beach -10 minute walk. Nice quiet area. We were allowed an early check in. Host very helpful and friendly..

Cons:

It was street parking. A couple of hard to access parking spaces in property to accommodate several rooms. Shower was tiny. Bed squeaked terribly and although mattress was soft it was quite comfortable. Glasses were far too small, like shot glasses. Should sort out fridge as quite unstable on shelf.

You can manage to stay overnight.
Pros:

The room was clean and tidy. Friendly and nice owners.

Cons:

For three people, the room is very small. The third bed is extremely small (an average adult cannot fit comfortably). The bathroom with shower is very tiny, making it difficult to shower properly. Considering these conditions, the price of the room is too high. Additionally, there is an unpleasant smell in the corridor, and everything in the hotel seems very old and worn out.
