Excellent bed linen and towels so a quite satisfactory if expensive.
Pros:

No breakfast but lounge and honesty bar very good

Cons:

The room and en suite were quite small and £230 for one night was very expensive.There were only 2 coffee bags for 2 people .We would have liked more cups of coffee.
The Krups coffee machine didn't seem to have any supplies unless the coffee bags were meant for it.We were not familiar with this machine.

A pleasant stay but expensive for what you get.
Pros:

Comfortable but a very small room

Cons:

Parking was tricky in the tiny spaces and it would have been nice to have staff on site.
Only 3 hangers in the wardrobe for 2 people staying for 3 nights.
When asked they did bring more though

A charming, spotless base in Burnham Market, with beautiful Holkham Beach just minutes away.
Pros:

A lovely, spotlessly clean hotel in the heart of one of Norfolk’s most charming villages. Burnham Market itself is a delight to wander round, and with beautiful Holkham Beach just 10 minutes away, it’s the perfect base for a relaxing coastal getaway.

We’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone exploring this stretch of the Norfolk coast.

Pros:

lovely room and justt what we wanted only minor criticism is that was a very good walk into Burnham Market and while it was perfectly walkable it was a little further than we anticpated . However not to detract from the hotel it is up to the usual very high barefoot standards and a really lovely place to stay on a short break.

Great location, but our stay was disappointing and wasn’t worth the money we paid.
Pros:

The location was perfect, it has good off-road parking and it was a lovely property.

Cons:

We were in the London Liverpool Street room which is upstairs next to the Paddington family room. Unfortunately, the walls are quite thin and we had a noisy family next to us, with children screaming and running around the room at 10:30pm-11pm at night. They also scraped their bags across our door and struggled loudly with doors. Without someone on site to help, it made it a little awkward to deal with and subsequently, we had a disrupted night. We felt it wasn’t worth the £230 spend.
