Perfect for a 1 night short stay in Whitstable.
Pros:

Brilliant location. We just popped out the front door and around the side to watch the sunset over the sea.

Cons:

A bit snug walking around the bed and the toilet flush was poor. The keys had to be collected from some distance away. We were lucky to have friends dropping is in their car or it would have been difficult walking there with luggage.

Pros:

Location was very good though would’ve been good to have more of a view than a wall and a roof

Cons:

Room was a tight squeeze and bathroom sink so small it was almost impossible to fill the kettle. Walls were very thin and could hear conversations and television from next door till late…that was worst part

Pros:

As usual, the beautiful town of Whitstable didn't disappoint.
Friendly locals, and an idyllic Vista.
The boat house is literally on the beach. It's fresh, clean and cosy, and you won't get a better place to put your head down for the night.

Perfect little room to use if staying over in whitstable

Great location, bring earplugs and eye mask
Pros:

Good location.
2 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms
Decorated beautifully
Fridge/tea and coffee
Big bath

Cons:

No blind for window so really bright.
Constant Green night light on (option to turn off would be great)
A toaster in the apartment would be a nice touch.
Balcony covered in bird poo (not fresh poo either)

Walls to thin could hear our neighbours coming in at 11pm-3am keep slamming doors.

Maybe supply eye mask and ear plugs.

It was OK for one night.
Pros:

The room was very, very small, but very clean and we had a fridge (good) and kettle. The walls between rooms were not well insulated and so we could hear the couple next door talking and laughing. Also, beware, this is located on an alleyway through to the beach so dog walkers are using it and workmen from 6am - and stopping to chat underneath our window!.

Cons:

Too many rooms crammed into the building? Why not make some bigger/ more comfortable? There was one chair and nowhere really to sit except on the bed.

Good Wine and weather in Whitstable
Pros:

I did not stay for breakfast but based on the dinner I had I can imagine how good it would have been.
All the Staff were friendly , I got an upgrade and the white wine with dinner was delicious.

Cons:

Nothing , would certainly recommend to others.

We really enjoyed the stay once we found the boathouse which we did finally with the help of the cleaner
Pros:

It was in a very good location

Cons:

It was very difficult to find, and the lady on reception at the hotel where we checked in was very unhelpful.
