Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the location was close to bus stops and trams. I would definitely stay again.

Good location, near Crystal Palace park for a concert that we attended. Comfortable bed, friendly staff.
Quite difficult to open and close doors after having a new carpet fitted. Just need to trim a bit off the bottom of the doors, which I'm sure they'll rectify in the next couple of weeks.
Very clean and well thought out, we were very comfortable and slept really well . This was amazing considering the extremely hot weather
but the open windows and fans worked very well. Comfortable beds, bathroom had everything we could need . Very impressed !

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped with everything I needed. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

New carpets had recently been laid so the door into the bedroom, and the one into the bathroom did not open very easily.
No doubt the pile will settle and that minor inconvenience will cease to be.
There was only 1 bedside table and one bedside light, but I understand the hotel is in the process of refurbishment, so, no doubt, that will be rectified in due course.

La atención del personal fue exquisita. Mi mujer tenía un problema de movilidad importante y en todo momento estuvieron atentos para ayudarnos y que nuestra estancia fuera mas cómoda.
Nos cambiaron de habitación sin cargo para que no tuviera que subir escaleras, el manager nos llevó en su coche particular a comprar medicinas.
Magníficas personas y magníficos profesionales.
Por otra parte, tienen un jardín donde se está muy relajado disfrutando de naturaleza y tranquilidad.
Bien comunicado por bus y tren con Londres y muy buen precio
