Please note that The Black Dog is closed between 14:30 and 17:00 from Monday until Saturday. Guests will not be able to check-in during this time, unless arranged in advance.

Great B&B to explore the Lulworth Cove / Durdle door. The guy managing the Inn (I think John) is great. Very helpful and & welcoming. The breakfast was great and overall food quality was pretty good.
In-room wifi coverage could be better.
La struttura è molto carina, sia nello spazio interno che quello esterno. Esternamente ci sono giochi per bambini.
La camera molto spaziosa con due stanze ampie, il bagno più grande rispetto ad altre strutture.
La colazione fatta al momento e inclusa nel prezzo è molto buona e con offerta varia, sia per una colazione classica anglosassone ma non solo.
Abbiamo cenato al pub, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Everything! From booking with Tracey to breakfast with Donna! We have already rebooked for next year! Hotel is clean, food lovely and the staff exceptional! Breakfast was amazing!

Excellent location, beautiful comfortable inn, the lovely room was spotless with very comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. Our stay was brief, just for one night but how wonderful to have a welcoming cosy place to stay after a full day exploring. It will definitely be our go to when we are visiting the area. Thank you Donna for your very friendly hospitality!
Nothing to dislike
Lovely place. So clean. Everything you need in your room. Mini toiletries and towels. Food is lovely and breakfast was delicious. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Park area is great for the children.
Not noisy at night at all. Next to a road shop an occasional truck going by at night but no issue at all. Great location for monkey world out a stay over.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and offered a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, so was dinner we had the night before !
The Room: Spacious, exceptionally comfortable bed , all white linen /bedding ,very clean .It was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our relaxing stay (night) .
The Hospitality: Our hosts were incredible - attentive , friendly and readily available when needed.
Play area: Loved it for my little boy!
